Never received the product i ordered. Company said it was delivered but it was not. I did receive an ugly bracelet on the day they said my product was delivered but none of the tracking #'s they sent through out the shipping process matched. The last one they say it was does not even appear when i go to USPS website to track. Paypal sided with them in about 2 seconds. So obviously they did not even ready my complaint. Very disappointed in both companies

Total scam. Awful experience. Ordered a sweatshirt and received a wristlet. The wristlet came by itself in a bag. They require original packaging (there was none) in order to refund. Complete bait and switch. The return/refund terms are set up in a way that it will be impossible to receive either one. Avoid this Facebook scam!

I ordered a product specifically for use ONLY for Christmas 2024. It arrived late and therefore was useless. I had no idea I was placing the order in another country. There was nothing to indicate as such. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they sided with Adgjsj Co.Ltd. I'm done with both. So wrong. A total waste of $40.00 American dollars!!

This has to be a scam website though it looks legitimate. Ordered my husband a beautiful sweater for Christmas on December 3rd, 2024. It was in customs in Italy for a very long time, finally made it to customs in the United States, then arrived somehow in Oklahoma city. That is where it has been sitting since December 25th. All tracking information stopped when it arrived in Oklahoma city. When I contacted them and requested tracking information I got a list every day that simply said in transit with no location and no time. The sweater I bought was just over $50, and with all the extra shipping fees it was just over $80. I don't think I'm ever going to see this item.

If they had zero, that’s what they would get!!!! CRAP THATS WHAT THEY SELL. And then send it to the US and they send it out!!! Ordered, supposedly came from China, but lo and behold, the envelope arrived from Dayton Ohio. But wait, I peeled the label to see that it was sent to Dayton from Chicago. I can’t believe PayPal allows this and refuses a refund!!! I’m expected to send it to China, nope going back to the seller in Dayton. I live close enough I may hand deliver it!!!!

AstyCER or Adgjsj shipped me the wrong item and refused to acknowledge it. The only way they would refund it is if I paid to have it returned to China. It was their error and I showed them proof. Do not trust them!

My partner brought me a cardigan from this site and when it arrived it looked nothing like the images on the website. It was sold as a knitted piece but what came was a poor quality item which bore no resemblance to the item advertised.
When asked for return details, they consistently refused to provide them.
Scam, avoid at all costs.

Used this company to order a Highland Cow hoody on 23rd October 2024 after 5 weeks of waiting I contacted them asking for an update. According to them the item had been delivered and provided me with a tracking number showing delivered 30 Nov 11.56. After checking my home cctv this was not the case. After sending them the footage of the alleged delivery they replied with a different tracking number telling me to contact Royal mail. So I did and the tracking number did not excist. As i paid through PayPal i asked them to help with my refund. Total waste of time as they ruled in their favour saying according to the seller the item was delivered despite all the evidence that I supplied proving the complete opposite and closed the case. AstyCER Co.Ltd is also accociated with Restvivid, total scam avoid using either company. Reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one with issues with AstyCER Co. LTD or RESTVIVID. My advice is give both these scam companies a wide birth...

Scam site what you order is not what you get. Pictures do not match up at all

I ordered a knitted jacket/cardigan what I received was this very very poor quality printed polyester type thing looked very like a shirt there seems to be many of these sites going around. I have noticed under different names I've even noticed this line of clothing has started to show up on Amazon now with the same photos and people seemingly receiving the same poor quality items according to the reviews

What a complete disgrace. I ordered what they showed a picture of but what I received wax nothing like. I ordered a knitted cardigan with a highland cow but what came was some cheap thin hooded thing. I complained and was offered compensation of $4 and to keep the item. Do not order from this company completely false advertising

I ordered a Highland cow print sweatshirt, I kept getting emails tracking the item, supposedly coming from America. It stated it had arrived in Cardiff by air. Two weeks later, no sign of it.

Various emails, different tracking numbers, now claiming it's coming from China. Eventually they claimed it had been delivered, on that day & time I did receive an item of clothing but from another company - Lovernew. As far as they are concerned the matter is closed. I presume it's the same company using different names. The item I did receive does seem ok but I won't really know until Christmas.
In future if Amazon don't deal with a company then I won't deal with them either !

Update - the item did arrive five days after they claimed it had been delivered. It fits which is the only good thing I can say about it. Nothing like the advertised picture, I'm not sure that I want to be seen in it.

Absolute bunch of conmen - if you buy from this company YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM SHOWN IN THEIR PHOTOS - I purchased what I believed from the photograph was a knitted woollen cardigan - what received was a cheap nasty polyester printed hoodie nothing like their advertising- I have since spoken to many people who have also received a cheap knock off from Hong Kong- they will not refund or accept returns I have been arguing with them for weeks - they make out they are based in the USA and according to advertising standards they are a Hong Kong based company -PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY - WHAT THEY SELL IS CHEAP RUBBISH YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Complete SCAM!! Do not use these people. It all appears to be above board. However, on receipt of your product I hope it is nothing like mine. What I was shown and advertised was not even close what I received. The product that I received was a cheap, nasty imitation of what was promised, and the “easy refund and exchange” policy is laughable!! The company continues to offer me slightly larger percentage increases for the rubbish they have sent me, failing to comprehend that the junk they are trying to palm me off with, is not what I have purchased so I want everything back!

This company is just a bunch of scammers.
They set up take orders and then deliver a sub standard pile of sh1te, that only looks like the product if viewed down a well at midnight.

If I could give it a zero I would. They sent the wrong product then when I aske for a refund it was not given. They said it would cost too much to send it back at MY expense so I should keep the garment I don't want and offered a quarter of the value as a refund. A real bunch of cowboys. Stay well away from.

This is false advertising and these people should be held accountable. Like others who have written a review, I also ordered a "knitted highland cow woollen jacket" and recieved a pile of crap. These jokers seem to think because they are in America and we are in the UK, that its OK to do this. Not a great ambassador for their country. I was going to get in touch with the company, but after reading the reviews, I can tell I would be wasting my time, and I too shall be dumping it in the bin. It was for a Christmas present, but I wouldn't insult anyone by giving them this piece of crap. Suffice to say, they have now lost another customer, because I certainly won't be wasting my time or money on them. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
