I have tried a few food delivery services over the years, but results plan is always the one I go back to and will continue to do so. The food is absolutely delicious and the support is incredible. Christy is so helpful and friendly and always responds quickly to any queries I have. I had a few issues with the courier initially, but they changed the courier service to Parcel force and never had any issues since. Five stars from me! Keep up the great service and wonderful food!

Really can't speak highly enough of Result Plan. Definitely the best diet meal plan delivery by far. The meals are fantastic, with lots of choice are freshly cooked and all taste great. Customer service and delivery are superb.

Nothing but positive experiences with this company. The food tastes consistently great, is high in protein and there is plenty of variety, their customer service are so responsive and friendly and it has made cutting weight incredibly easy. The meals are quite low in calories so this is definitely more of a weight loss meal prep service as opposed to muscle gain/bulking, but if you are looking to shred down I am yet to find anything better on the market and I have tried many different ones

I started this plan because I was forced to loose weight because of my job and I’m glad I did. I stated with a gastric balloon and one of the recommendations was reduce the food intake to a 1000 calories. The only company that offers that solution was Result plan. I started noticing changes loosing 1kg per week. I was 148 kg. Over time the gastric balloon came to an end (if lasts about 120 days) i switched to a different type of help and resorted to Mounjaro but kept Result plan as my primary source of food supply, this plan gives you flexibility and they are very reasonable. I have lost 55 kg and I feel great. Thank you.

The meals are really high quality and healthy with great taste. The team are so supportive and flexible to meet needs too and very responsive. I highly recommend!!!

The service and delivery were good. But although the food was quite nice, I found it very stodgy - carb heavy with little protein and not enough vegetables. Cancelled my order after putting on 4 lb in four weeks.

Great company to deal with - prompt helpful responses by email, allowing you to pause deliveries for a week or two if you're going away, or to deal with any other quries. Meals are great too! Thoroughly recommend.

All meals very tasty. The plan suits me perfectly with no additional items to be concerned about. Fresh cooked but freezes perfectly for use later each week. Just coming to the end of week 7 of 8, and have lost 20lb (with the odd meal off, plus a few pints each week)

I’ve used the service for the almost 2 years I lived in the UK. I have nothing to say but great things about the quality of the meals (tasty, fresh, healthy, consistent), delivery, and customer service (always prompt responses with solutions). Congratulations.

I used result plan for a total of 11 weeks and lost around 2 stone. The website was easy to use. There was lots of options and plans which were easy to change between. The food was nice and made Dieting much easier. Customers service was great and the 4 times I emailed to sort different plans or change delivery dates staff got back to me within hours and sorted right away. The delivers were well packed and I got texts on the morning with an hour deliver slot which was always met. Overall I was very very pleased with their service and would recommend and use again myself if needed.

So…I’ve been using result plan for 8 weeks now and I’ve lost just over 8 kilos…!
I wasn’t actually expecting too much from this food, I can cook…I love my food…hence the need for a kick up the arse and a regime change…!
I cannot express, how much I’m enjoying Result Plan…!
I’m a bit hungry most of the time, of course…its not going to work otherwise, but genuinely:

Really can't fault my experience at all. Definitely the best diet meal plan delivery by far. Not only the cheapest on the market, but great service, meals were fantastic, tasted great and fresh, portions were good, definitely recommend.

I’ve been on the 4 week plan on readiness for my holiday. And it worked. I’ve lost just over 7 lbs and couldn’t be happier.
The meals are delicious and there was so much choice to choose from. An added bonus is they come prepared, all I had to do was pop in the microwave.
I would highly recommend Result Plan.

I’ve tried Result Plan for a few weeks, and while the meals are tasty and convenient, they weren’t exactly what I was looking for long-term. The calorie-controlled options are filling, but I found myself exploring other plans that better suit my preferences for higher protein. Overall, decent for weight management and convenience.

I have been trying to cancel my plan for 3 weeks, and each time have given the stated time period to do so. The phone goes straight to answerphone asking you to email, but the 3 emails (1 per week) I have sent have not been answered. I have even cancelled my payment with my bank but still got a delivery today. If I could award zero stars I would.

Thoroughly enjoying the meals from Result Plan.

I embarked upon a new fitness and diet regime at the beginning of the year, but with working from home, I struggled to find the motivation or inclination to find recipe meals & the desire to want to ‘prep’.

The meals are really tasty, not over complicated and meet my calorie needs.

Even if I weren’t watching the calories, for ease of not having to faff about with thinking about what’s for dinner, I’d still use Result Plan for convenience.

Definitely recommend.

We are in week two of Result Plan and are really enjoying it. The meals are tasty - definitely higher quality than I was expecting. It’s like having leftovers of your own home cooked meals. The meal selection is great. Meals that are frozen then defrost and heat well. My husband and I are both on the 7 day plan. The cost is cheaper than what we would spend in a month when taking into account takeaways and buying lunch at work.

I was slightly hungry for the first 4 days but have easily adjusted.

I lost 5lb / 2kg in the first week. My husband lost 3kg / 7lb.

The one thing I would prefer is more vegetables. A lot of dishes are pasta based or potato heavy. I’ve swapped my meals to the ones with the most vegetables.

We would recommend Result Plan to anyone looking for readymade diet meals.

This is the best meal delivery service I have tried by miles. Delicious food which really tastes homemade-there was nothing I did not enjoy. Freezing the meals once they are delivered works really well and the food has all been in perfect condition, unlike other diet delivery services which have often sent spoilt food. I have lost 4 lb in the first two weeks and I have continued drinking alcohol and had one 'treat' meal during that time.

Fantastic customer service. Tried it for 6 days lost nearly 7 lbs . Food is super deliciousand not bloated anymore Already signed up for a 8 week plan .

Amazing, delicious food. Not many other companies include British classics. No problems with packaging or leaks and great customer service.
