Care factor zero for the customers
I purchased a couple of packages back in January. I booked an appointment over 2 weeks before my appointment, and then they cancelled it 4 days before. I called them straight away to try and rebook but they could only offer me 2 times on the same day before my package was due to expire. They
then blamed me for not using it within the 3 months- despite the fact that I had had my appointment booked for over 2 weeks and it being before my package was due to expire, I had also had to use another package prior.
They were the ones that cancelled on me and then refused to extend my package after offering me 2 times on the same day, which I could not do as I actually work full time and need more than 2 business days to find someone to cover my shift.
When they called me back, said they have to cancel customer appointments "all the time" so I'm sure I'm not the only customer this has happened to. I get that there are unforeseen circumstances where this occurs but to have the customer bare the brunt of this expense is unacceptable.
This company doesn't care about the customer in the least, despite spending thousands over the years.
Save yourself the effort and go elsewhere, I know I will be.
They then pretend to care and reply to review by giving me the same email that I have been speaking with. The same contact that said to not waste my time further contacting them because under no circumstances would results laser clinic extend my package.

Results Laser Clinic does not care about there customers, they are not helpful and are SUPER rude.
I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and i tried to extend my laser session just one time as it was about to expire in 4 days and I'm out of town and can't get to a clinic and they told me I wasn't able to extend. So my hard earned money that I have paid for this package is going to waste.
HOW DISGUSTING!!!How is that good customer service? How on earth do they think after an experience like this I will be a returning customer? Well I won't be and I won't be recommending RLC to anyone I know. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Great Technicians, Jaz and Alyce
I have completed several reviews on the Wollongong Results Laser Clinic and all I can do is give praise.
Being a male and having laser treatment comes with a certain amount of reservation. I have had the good fortune of having two technicians that go above and beyond in not only the treatment but their ability to make you feel comfortable and give amazing results, no more ingrown hairs.
I have always found staff (especially Jazmyn) very friendly, competent and customer focused which makes a big difference when visiting for a treatment. Jazmyn has moved on for a career change and I now have Alyce, I can’t speak highly enough of both of them excellent +++++
A big Thank You, you a credit to the company and its customers and you are a credit to your profession of a being a customer focused technician it’s a pleasure visiting and as always great result. Thanks Jazmyn and now Alyce you are a credit to your chosen profession.
