Dear Team,
I am writing to share my experience from my appointment today at your Melton clinic(woodgrove shopping centre) at 4:50 pm.
I have been a customer with Results Laser Clinic for the past 8 years and have always had a positive experience until now. During my full-face laser appointments, I usually request a slight adjustment—excluding the forehead and nose, and instead including the chin. This has never been an issue before, including at my appointment less than six months ago.
However, today the staff member, Liz, informed me that the policy has changed in the past six months and that such adjustments are no longer allowed. This was surprising, as I was not made aware of any such change, and my recent appointment did not reflect this policy. Additionally, the way this was communicated felt quite harsh and unaccommodating.
I was also disappointed with the quality of the treatment. As my appointment was the last one of the day, the session felt rushed and not performed with the level of care I have come to expect over the years.
I would like to highlight that my previous visit was excellent, and I had even left positive feedback for the staff member who treated me at that time. Unfortunately, today’s experience did not meet the same standard.
I kindly request clarification regarding the policy change and ask that you review the service provided during my appointment. I hope steps can be taken to ensure consistent service quality across all staff members.

horrible experience
I went for crow-feet Botox. I ended up having a big black eye and severe pain at the site as the nurse injected into one of the blood vessels. It's been a week, and I still have a big bruise, thats changing colour. I have been getting comments from everyone at work if I was punched in the eye. It has been so embarrassing. I had to attend a party and everyone commented on it. I had to take few days off from work, but the big bruise and pain is still there. when i contacted them for compliant they blankly said it was a common side effect. The nurse didn't even apologies. Very unprofessional attitude. Never again. I thought I will get the treatment to feel relaxed. Spending so much money and look at the service I got. Shame

Scam company
Sold a package pre COVID and asked about expiry before I purchased. If I’d been told to use within a year I wouldn’t have purchased. Told they don’t expire
Covid shut everything down and health issues meant I couldn’t get there which is why I asked in the beginning
I reached out to head office to be told bad luck. Basically they didn’t care. They had my money and I had nothing in return. They wouldn’t even compromise at all. Every other company during the last few years honoured gift cards and vouchers with a smile and understanding not this company. It’s all oh reach out to us when you publicly complain but still they do nothing but keep your money.
I have never ceased to warn people about this company. Read Product Reviews about them and how many others have been scammed. They can’t delete them on product review
Well I will do as you ask and email this feedback but I’ve done that before and let’s face it nothing changed you still have my money for nil service. I think you just say these things to look good. If I get a decent reply I will update but don’t hold your breath people
