I have used RWL since lock down, to start with I used it just to get moving but it's not just a fitness app, I have learnt so much over the past 4 years, there's many different types of programmes to suit each individual including meditation, the app has a community page and it also has a fab nutrition section. It really is one big family and it's so much fun, I'd never be without it now. It's helped with my mental health, loss weight and become stronger.

I’ve been a member for 4 years now, I have arthritis and I’m made to feel like I can do any workout as there’s loads of modifications. There are workouts to suit every mood and the community part of the app is full of people supporting each other, absolutely love it, a well deserved 5 stars

RWL have provided me with home workouts for the past 3 years and I am so grateful that I found them in lockdown.
Having young children and being able to go to the gym is hard!
The trainers are so supportive. The support team and the team behind the app are always there to help in anyway they can. Thank you so so much!

I cannot recommend enough! When I left school I stopped exercise for a long time, until I found RWL. I have been a member for over 8 years and counting and have fallen in love with exercise/keeping healthy. Workouts, recipes and mindset section are all being constantly updated, so is never boring or the same. There is genuinely something for everyone!

The menopause support group is an excellent resource on the RWL app. I’ve lost weight, have more energy, the aches and pains are reducing and the brain fog is going! A massive thank you to Helen the midlife coach for all your support

I've been a member for the past 8 years and have never looked back. I use the app pretty much every day as it includes so many different features e.g. sleep stories, meditations, meal guides, recipes, mindset courses etc. It is so much more than just a fitness app, it looks at entire wellbeing. The community is incredible and the trainers and team at RWL are so supportive.

The variety of content on this app is what has kept me a member for over 8 years.
An ever expanding workout bank, delicious and nutritious meals and help and support with mindset and mental health. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to become a fitter and healthier version of themselves. There’s no gimmicks or unkept promises, just the help and support you need to become better. A+

I have been a member with RWL since July 2019 and it was honestly the best click I ever made! I did a 14 day trial and have never looked back. My fitness has improved so much but the app is so much more than that! I have been on a retreat and made friends for life throught the fantastic community. The recipes are amazing too, a huge hit in my house!

This app has changed my life. The trainers are always on hand inside the community to answer any questions or help you navigate the app. There is a lot of content inside the app so whilst I see some people find this confusing, it’s certainly not something to complain about - it being full of content & huge value for money. The customer service team have always replied in good time (sometimes goes to my junk so worth checking there), when I’ve needed them. Outstanding app, service & I’m 2 stone down so far!

Fantastic and supportive team!
I have recently attended the RWL Retreat and cannot praise the team behind RWL enough for being so supportive and knowledgeable! The retreat is a perfect capture of what's available on the app (workouts designed for all fitness types led by fabulous PTs, incredible recipes which work within a healthy lifestyle, and a real focus on mental health that is rarely seen in these types of apps!)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking app. Had trouble signing up, the offer I wanted wasn’t available on the app, this then resolved some how, then when I went to put my card details in it wouldnt take them, somehow I still have access and it says in trial but no cards are linked, it’s not via Apple as this shows no subscriptions. Now sick and tired of trying to get somewhere with customer support I have decided to not bother and find a better app if this is the bother I’m having just trying to sign up. But guess what, no cancellation button. Says I have to use the desktop site so when I click this in Google it always takes me to the app version but on safari. So no option to cancel. I have tried numerous different web browsers. I’ve tried my laptop and this just brings up a blank white screen which is extremely useful. So what is an iPhone user supposed to do if they want to cancel. I’ve emailed support again to get them to cancel it. I mean they have no card details so I can’t even get charged but I don’t trust this company one bit and I just want it cancelled and forget I ever tried to sign up

Poor customer service.
Having been diagnosed with a health condition I was unfortunately unable to continue with the subscription. I realised on auto renewal date I needed to cancel but noticed the payment had already gone. I contacted RWL advising of my situation and asked for a refund and was advised I could not cancel due to the terms and conditions. I understand the T&C but as I contacted the team on my auto renewal date I thought they be able to assist. RWL is just an example of a money grabbing business with no thought for good customer service.

Joined for the recipes and fitness and found a great community tailored Peri & Menopausal phase of life.
Really great direct message of personal support, advice.
Wish I had known about this 10 years ago. Members encouragement keeps me going.

I’ve been a member of RWL for over 6 years now and only have positive words to say!
On top of the amount of content and the variety of workouts and recipes available the amount of support and guidance offered from the coaches from live workouts to being about to speak to them in the community is something that has kept me a part of the RWL community for this long!

Terrible service i have paid 3 times and haven’t had a refund I am trying to cancel my subscription but it’s not giving me the option the app is awful to use !

****Update: I’ve had several replies from RWL regarding this matter. However, when I respond to them, I never get a response back and then they contact me again asking the same questions. Just going round in circles. Either their ticketing/contact system is not fit for purpose or their customer service is more shocking than I originally thought. Either way, still nothing meaningful done to return my money ***
I have been a member on & off with RWL for a few years. Today I went onto their website to see if they had any special offers on and accidentally ended up paying £129.99 for a yearly subscription (it seems my card details were still linked to my inactive account). I emailed them within 5 minutes to explain what had happened and ask for a refund and have just received an email from them refusing this and telling me what’s stated in their terms and conditions, and letting me know that as I’d signed up to their yearly subscription (which I didn’t want) I was entitled to a fitness bundle worth £40! Surely consumer rights there should be a 14 day cooling off period. RWL used to be such a good platform but now I have to agree with other users that they only care about taking your money.

Took my payment even though I’d cancelled subscription I have emailed no response.

I cannot believe the lack of customer service by this company. Supposedly at the time of accepting the original Ts&Cs I agreed for money to be taken from my account for my subscription to be renewed. Some CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. How about you REMIND your customers when payment is about to be taken. A company that wasn’t solely dependent on profiteering from their customers would do the decent thing of reminding their customers before taking payment.
As per Citizens Advice guidance this company should offer a 14 day cooling off period as per my right, like many DECENT companies.
Avoid at ALL costs. Oh and the cancellation couldn’t be any more complicated. Follow the instructions in the App. Oh that isn’t enough, then re-directs you to their web page. Then 3 messages of ‘are you sure’. All this company cares about is profit. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

As newly pregnant Mum Results with Bump ads kept popping up. Thought I'd sign up for the free trial and see if I got on with it and if the program was worth the money after the free trial.
The program may well be good, but due to health issues in my first trimester, I never really got to try it and couldn't justify £19.99 a month knowing that we have a lot of new baby bits to buy, so I canceled.
When I canceled the message below popped up on my screen.
‘Thank you so much for choosing RWL. We genuinely wish you all the best on your journey to better health. Just because you have canceled does not mean this is the end. You still have access to the free plan and you can come back at any time. The door is always open. Kindest regards RWL Team’
At the bottom of this message was a purple button that read ‘Follow these steps to cancel your account on the web’.
I was confused by this as the message above assured me I had canceled my subscription, but still, I clicked the purple button and followed the instructions step by step, with the final step leading me back to the page with the above message and purple button.
I took a screenshot and considered this trial canceled as after all RWL had used the word canceled, and they would lie or be ambiguous - surely not!
So imagine my surprise when I see that after following all their steps to cancel and seeing a message saying canceled, RWL have still taken £19.99 out of my account.
Ahh I thought, this must be a mistake! So I emailed their customer service team and explained all of the above and received a reply stating ‘we are sorry that you wish to cancel your membership with us * sad face *. I have now canceled your membership for you.’.
So after wrongfully taking my money RWL didn’t even have the decency to read my emai and reply to the issues I had, they send a generic sounding response that matched the word cancellation.
I replied back and repeated my problem, and have since had another email today (1-Feb-24) effectively saying I should have followed the cancellation instructions provided on the purple button so they won’t issue a refund. Yet again, they have not read my email or had the decency to reply to the actual issue.
The customer service is appalling, vague answers to avoid 1, actually helping you resolve a problem and 2, to clearly get you to give up on obtaining your rightful refund so they can keep hard working individuals money.
RWL should be reminded that in the case of ambiguity of contracts, the rule favors the non-drafting party, IE, the customer, not RWL. Perhaps you should consider making your cancellation process less ambiguous to the customer and ensure that you do not provide messages worded in a way that suggests the cancellation was a success.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - find an alternative App or fitness planner.
I preempt a reply to this review from RWL stating please contact their customer service team via email - in this case, I expect that the ONLY reply to this email should be ‘your refund has been issued and will be in your account within 7 days’.
