I requested a refund after multiple…
I requested a refund after multiple attempts to cancel the subscription. After finally getting somewhere with the company, they said that they initiated a refund to my account, but I never received it. After multiple emails of correspondence, they finally just started to ignore my attempts to rectify the situation. I never received my refund.
