I am usually not for writing reviews, but this has been the most disappointing and unprofessional experience.
If you want a quick update on your resume with LinkedIn and Cover Letter, and don’t have the time. That’s as far as I would recommend this team, if that. I had also selected the package where ResumeDok would help me find up to 15 roles and apply on my behalf. This was back in SEPTEMBER! First off, whoever was responsible for my project, left the company. The leadership did a horrible job and didn’t redistribute my project, so it was just sitting untouched for weeks until I called and asked for a status report. Then when the team finally for to selecting roles, seemed like they just randomly grabbed anything online, ridiculous. I would have closed my eyes and done the same in a 5min time frame, but that’s not what I paid for. Then after I saw the list, most of the jobs were expired, close to all didn’t match my skills, and the remaining few I selected, I NEVER got a confirmation from the role or Resumedok that my application was sent it. I even had to do role searches myself because it was so far off. I mean, I paid for this portion of my project, why do I have to do their work? Then when I called out this unprofessional behavior, the customer service team member refused to listen, kept interrupting me, and eventually just said that someone will be in touch and hung up on me. Well, that was a week ago, still no one to “get in touch with me”. What a rip off, I want a portion of my money back, and I’ll apply to roles myself. Absolutely unprofessional, not timely, and just a complete ripoff.
As of Jan, after a whole month of negotiations, this company agreed to a measly partial refund, which they still haven’t honored. And yes I confirmed this with my financial institution. Let’s just say, there’s a special place for people who think this is a normal business practice. To cheat people who want assistance in tools which should help them get better opportunities to survive and provide for their families. A BBB review and claim has been launched.

Happened to get my resume updated by these people at Resume Dok. To be honest I wasnt very sure on using an online resume service, but they have truly exceeded my expectations.
They took my existing resume and totally changed it to a brand new format. Got my updated resume a few days ago, and am already getting interview calls from prospective employers.
Coming to Resume Dok was certainly a decision I am going to cherish.
Heres hoping they continue to be as awesome as they are so that more people like me can continue benefiting from them.

Some of the information was completely incorrect from prior resume. The adjusted draft was forwarded over 3 times before it ever went to final stage. 5 Weeks in horrible layout and color was black. I went on perfect resume paid $4.95 w easy edit access and have 25 different layouts. Deleted the resume dok emailed over. Would NOT recommend

I paid 496 dollars for resume dok's package. On their website they tell you that you can have a full refund if no one has done any work on your resume. I was offered a position prior to anyone working on my resume and they are only offering a 40% refund. One of the other reasons I decided against using them is I read their reviews and other people have experienced this. Also, read their resume and cover letter examples closely and you will see typos and word usage errors. I'm pretty sure this place a foreign scam.

They were so fast and now my resume looks incredible !

This project started over 25 days ago. Sarah was on it first and gave me excuse after excuse (technical problem, oh it was already sent, can you send me your original resume again, dates wrong, not adhering to what job I was searching for, no one on one to discuss the future for feedback, and the list goes on). She stopped responding. Leon then called to make it right, or so I thought. He promised to make the changes and in his word “the customer is right.” That didn’t happen. Dates still wrong, LinkedIn update was not that of a professional, job deadlines missed and feedback from recruiters on why my resume was turned down. Because it wasn’t professionally done. I was promised a value proposition letter, never came. I changed my LinkedIn and I updated my resume before I sent it to another professional who consulted me, was less expensive, did reviews on jobs I wanted to grab key words and the best resume, cover letter and LinkedIn I could imagine. I’ve been begging for a response or a refund and no one will get back to me. $200 wasted on a terrible service.
PLEASE DO RIGHT AND REFUND MY MONEY

DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY ARE A FRAUD, they claim that they have started this new venture. When I asked this guy who claims to be "Ethan Gallagher" about their client reviews, he said they don't have any for now and then on the website they claim to serve over 500,000 Clients.
