Poor customer support if any
Poor customer support if any, they will charge you without any notice. I would avoid by any means
Just the fact that they operate under different names should be a red flag
If you join them just be aware that they would eventually charge you without your consent
My rating/comment also apply to their mirror website resume-example.com

Fake discount or free subscription when you cancel your subscription…
When canceling the subscription they will offer you a free subscription for a week, if you accept that they will debit your account the next 2 days or so. They are schemes. They lack honesty. The fact that they provide resume templates that are not ATS friendly so that you can buy their resume writer services proves that they are schemers.

Scam!!
They will trick you with a cheap membership to complete your resume. And in the far button of the page, with very tiny font size, they mentioned a huge regular membership.
No control over cancelling the membership on the website.
The payment website will hold your payment. No way to remove the payment, and even if you cancel, they won't refund your money or remove your details. This is a complete scam!!

DO NOT USE! - Absolute scam
Absolute scam - after you spend your time making your CV a paywall comes up inform you that you need to pay £1.95 to download your finished CV which is fair - after that you get no confirmation email that shows you how to manage your account/payments - 14 days later you will get charged an unexpected subscription payment of £24.99 straight from the account you paid with which will come out of your account every month until you figure out firstly who this payment is coming from (the payment shows the name of another company) and how to get onto your account to cancel this subscription.
You will not be refunded, customer support doesn’t care. I reached out to them on the same day this happened to me and they refused to refund me despite the fact I am unemployed and can’t afford this.
This business also goes under the name ElegantCV.app
Completely unethical business! DO NOT USE.
