Great Results, Resume & Cover Letter looks great

I have done a lot of research before taking my decision. Although there were not a lot of reviews for Resumezest, all the reviews were very good. Finally, my instinct told me to go with resumezest and it really exceeded my expectations.
I am not an english native, so it was very important that the resume writer assigned to me could completely understand my goals and choose the right words and descriptions for my experience and industry (construction management).

Emily was great! During the all process Emily always made sure that I was completely satisfied. She understood very well my background, my main skills and what are my goals for the future, and turn everything in a great Resume, CL and LinkedIn profile.

I spent a few weeks searching for a good professional resume writing service, I checked every site and read all the reviews. What attracted me to ResumeZest was their review rating on every site was pretty much perfect, their price was reasonable, they clearly stated all their writers were US based and provided details on the writers and industries they have experience with. This was important to me as I am leaving a government job and relocating to the US and will be looking for work in the private/corporate sector. I knew I needed to have my resume professionally done, not only for the US market but also for the transition into private/corporate sector for my type of role.

I selected the package for “Professional Resume” and added on the option of a cover letter. I was then sent an email and quick questionnaire to fill out, once this was assessed I was assigned Marsha as my writer.

From the very beginning Marsha was amazing. The communication was fantastic and regular. When I received my first draft resume and cover letter I was blown away. After the first draft it was then time for feedback, going back and forth discussing things or asking something and Marsha would tweak and rework it, provide different options/suggestions etc. The first draft cover letter I received from Marsha I had no feedback other than I was 100% happy with it and nothing needed to be changed. It was perfect. With the resume we went back and forth, clarifying some things or asking questions and each time Marsha was on top of it. It was strange reading my resume for the first time as Marsha had my roles and descriptions etc perfectly described but in ways I never would have thought to write them. Marsha clearly took the time to learn my work history and knew my industry.

After seeing the work produced by Marsha in the resume and cover letter, I then asked about adding on the LinkedIn profile option (which I did) and Marsha did a fantastic job on that too. She wrote it in a way I never would have but clearly got across who I was, my experience and where I wanted to go with it. Marsha didn’t just write the profile she also provided tips and suggestions I can do to get the most out of my LinkedIn and how to make it work for me in my job search.

I feel Marsha went above and beyond in helping me with this, the communication was amazing, and the work, advice and guidance provided was fantastic.

Great writer. Knew all the buzz words in my respective field. She made my resume/cover letter shine with word choices and syntax even when I wasnt the perfect fit for the job. She was easy to talk to and could identify transferable skills/jobs from previous resumes and phone conversations. She knew what was important and was was filler on the old previous resumes to construct a brand new design fleshing in the details with what job seekers want to read. She Was able to make my resume more clear, concise, ATS tracking scannable and got me interviews that I normally would have difficulty getting. After 3 weeks of using her resume I landed 5 pharmaceutical sales job interviews (a sector) I was having difficulty getting even a look. The overall look of the resume is superb and even stylish.
