The tried to reshedule my appointment…
The tried to reshedule my appointment only after i called to check on when they would arrive. I needed my stuff out that morning. So they ended up coming in the evening and i had to pay an extra 130.00 recylce fee because apparently you can donate an L shape sectional sofa which i was not told up front.
Drivers were amazing!!!!!!

The pick up was on time and the guys…
The pick up was on time and the guys were very professional. I had exercise equipment to donate and very few places would take it. I had to pay for the pick up, but I would have had to pay to have the equipment hauled to the dump, so I am hopeful that someone can make better use of it this way. Will work with ReSupply in the future for donations.

Very upsetting to discover undisclosed charge
Very upsetting to find out from drivers that there is an $800 charge that was not disclosed on the online system for taking an upright piano. In the middle of a move, when time is of the essence and energy is scarce, this was terrifically disappointing. Please change the system to indicate this charge up front. the delivery drivers were prompt and courteous.

my only reason to not give it 5 stars is that the bill asked if i wanted to tip . i did tip $85 .only to find out the movers did not get the tip . i would not have tipped if i knew it was going to be taken by “corporate”. where is that
money going ?
