I tried to get a loan four times from elgiganten store via resurs bank, thinking there might have been an error in the loan application process. I wanted to buy my mom a new phone, which costs 10,000 Danish kroner—a perfectly reasonable amount to get a loan for such a small amount. But judging by your reviews, you're not particularly interested in your clients or your earnings. I'm not surprised your rating is almost zero. Because you're the only one I've ever been rejected from. A terrible website; you can't even contact your bank through it, and they don't respond to emails. I don't quite understand why these banks exist if they can't approve a loan of 10,000 Danish kroner.

I was trying to buy a phone with monthly payments via Resurs, but the bank kept rejecting me. When I called them on phone They couldn't explain why I was getting rejected. Finally after a while I got it that because I don't have the right residency type picked. When I explained, I'm here under EU regulations, they said they don't know which (type) letter means that but I have to tell them. The cr said I should call this and that and figure out that myself, and tell them, but they don't know what is what...
They were asking more information then I was asked when buying a house with bank loan... and we're talking about a phone.

My review is not about that I got rejected.. it is more about that the colleague who picked up the phone couldn't in any way explain the process and the documents needed from me to get processed.

Just using Resurs as one of the regular banking tools in my portfolio. The experience overall has been just okay, nothing to write home about, however, the app and online environments often have glitches, time-out randomly or just don't work at all. On top of that, I personally find the communication from the organizing is usually quite vague and can feel at bit entrapment-ish.

This was the worst customer service experience we've had in years!
We were trying to get information about the rejection of our loan, and were hung up on, twice. We never got the information we were requesting, and were treated poorly along the way.
Edit: We reached out to the bank as their reply suggested, and had a good, professional experience.

After waiting what felt like eternity, very condescending tone of voice told me my inquiry was rejected. When I asked what was the reason he said “I don’t know”. I had to make a call to get any information.

I can only affirm the many negative reviews that has been posted about the customer service, for resident of Denmark, when trying to reach Resursbank by telephone. Once you arrive at the end of the queue, after one hour of waiting, they will simply hang up on you.
Furthermore, we did actually reach the customer support ONCE out of our many attempts, where we were directed to a person who barely spoke danish. Well that is acceptable of course. The very peculiar thing is that she knew NOTHING about Resursbank, and if it wasn't because that she confirmed that she was working for Resursbank, I would have been absolutely convinced that I had received the wrong number.
What an absolute joke of a company. I would never even consider using this "bank".

I have a loan with resurs. it is very difficult to reach them from denmark, almost impossible, waiting time is 15 min and than they hangup. Application is the worst I have ever used for anything. I hate my life since this loan. It's causing me so mich stress
