I purchased two bottles for my children…
I purchased two bottles for my children back in the school holidays and put them away for the start of term.
After just a few days one of the bottles has ‘popped out’ at the base and now wobbles and is pretty useless. I contacted them to state this, explaining the issue, I sent a photo and a video showing the issue next to the other bottle which is fine and how it is faulty.
The reply I received was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Claire claimed that this only happens if it’s placed in the freezer (which is impossible considering the bottles not been in the freezer) and shut off the conversation stating that feedback is appreciated and passed on. The bottle is faulty, it’s not been in the freezer, it’s lasted less than a handful of uses and the customer service is absolutely useless, the workers are rude.
It’s a faulty bottle, accept responsibility. You are a large organisation, problems occur, faulty products end up on the shelves, you can’t deny this and we as customers dont expect you to be ‘perfect’ but we dont expect to be blamed and to be spoken to rudely.
I have requested a reply from management and I will await their response.
