Attentive, thorough and efficient

Going from a guided employer matching 401k to an IRA was a bit scary but I’m learning. My advisor, Jonah Coleman, has shared his knowledge and expertise, so less scary. I don’t have an overwhelming sized portfolio, so we will have to stay close to address all my questions. So far so good. There is more work to be done before I get to a settled pace. Looking forward to our ongoing partnership to ensure the growth and longevity of my portfolio in the days to come. BTW, I believe Good Morning America could have done a better job at highlighting Retirable’s offerings and input on the Sat October 11 episode!

Very helpful in determining how to invest an inheritance. My person reaches out regularly and is super available to answer questions. They have been responsive, honest, and easy to work with.

Harrison was extra patient with us throughout the application, investment selection and money movement process. We knew from the first meeting (Zoom) that we had made the correct choice in picking this company - Retirable - and Harrison to be our advisor.

Treva is Great. She explains everything really well. Money is finally really working on my retiring .

After speaking with Treva I do feel more comforted in my investments, just a waiting game now ,like any investment, to see how my account does.

"Has seems to have taken a long time in transferring money from one company to your company. I am anxious to see my account balances" and Cindy (3 stars): "It has taken since last September to gather my money into one account. Way too long! Every time I call there is a zoom meeting required. Cant even ask a question without an appointment!"

Last year was the first time I had entrusted a company with what little money I had left for retirement. The money seemingly disappeared with no explanation. I panicked, thinking I had been scammed. That was not the case, but there was no handholding or explaining throughout the process. The weeks between the end of October and the beginning of December was a scary time for me.

I felt that the 2 advisors I worked with, Treva and Hunter, were personable, professional and had my best interests at heart. I feel a more comfortable sense that will happen when I have all financial accounts under one roof, with one management structure.

After reviewing client comments in Trustpilot I requested more information. The response was almost immediate and my initial questions were answered. I was then assigned to Eric who exceeded my expectations. He was highly knowledgeable and offered sound advice in response to my many financial questions.
