Charlotte Harvey has been brilliant throughout a l-o-n-g sale process with several different buyers (who dropped out for their own reasons).
Charlotte is always cheerful, helpful and grasps the situation quickly. If I had to leave her a voicemail she always got back to me the same day.

Rachel was very helpful
Rachel was very helpful, she quickly replied to any questions I had and supplied reassurance that things were going ahead. Progress was slow at times but again I was reassured things were still progressing.

We recommend Retirement Homesearch for its specialist knowledge and helpfulness
Retirement Homesearch is very helpful and competent, our consultant Rachel Hazell clearly knows this specialist market very well. She and Charlotte (who chased once we had accepted an offer) brought it to a successful conclusion. They were particularly good right at the end of the procedure, when our buyer chose to exchange and complete while we were abroad, making the final arrangements quite tricky. We would certainly recommend this business, and believe it may have taken longer to sell with a 'traditional' estate agent who did not know the ins and outs of the retirement home market nor have the access to potential buyers. Our only concerns were the length of the selling procedure and the price we achieved, but neither were the fault of Retirement Homesearch
