Anastasia is amazing! I’ve never had an issue with this software until today when I encountered an error while editing a photo. I spent about an hour trying to resolve it with another agent but wasn’t getting anywhere. Then Anastasia stepped in and not only helped me get back up and running, but also compensated me with tokens for the time I’d lost. Truly top-notch customer service!

Problem with apple ID private relay email
I had a an issue where I registered and purchased product using Apple ID but hid my info so it uses apple ID private relay email. Unfortunately somehow after sometime the email changed to a different email that made me unable to access my account.
