Once we placed our order we received a soft proof by email to approve before printing. Everything was super quick, from order to arrival at our door was 5 days(!!!!). The quality was great for our needs. Very easy to assemble/packup and transport. We used outdoors for pop-up performances.

I was in an absolute panic to get a banner for my first trade show. I ordered the banner on Wednesday afternoon and when it turned out that my images did not have good resolution because of the way I sent the design, I sent the separate images and text to Gokhan. We made it at exactly the cut off Wed afternoon, which I believe was 5pm EST. I had the banner Friday morning in Maryland and it was absolutely perfect! Being able to refer to it as I spoke to potential clients helped me so much at my trade fair. I would completely recommend Retractable Banner Displays and will use them again when I need another banner. The price was also very reasonable, especially given the exceptional service and product.
