I first spoke with Alejandra and then Nelzon and the customer service was amazing! I ordered the wrong lens in 2025, and they shipped me a new one that fits my camera at no additional cost and I don’t have to return the lens that doesn’t fit! So excited! Thanks y’all!

Never has a company been so quick to react as Retropia. Nelzon saw and responded to an email I sent within a minute after I realized I had placed an order for the same item twice. The second order was immediately taken care of and their response in my inbox. If the lense I purchased is half as good as their customer service, I’m sure I’ll be thrilled with it.

As I'm just becoming reacquainted to photography and bought a lens I thought would fit. When I received, I initially thought it was the incorrect size, and reached out to customer support. I'm so pleased to have had options on return, exchange and just a kind message on figuring out a plan to make sure I'm actually happy with my product. (Shoutout to Nelzon, the customer service rep). This might seem small to some, but nowadays, it has become increasingly difficult to receive a good return policy or at minimum options with a reasonable solution, with the amount of startups that exist. In all, as I'm a newbie again, the lens did fit, and nothing was needed. But the human connect to try and resolve and follow up left me feeling like once I get better with photography, I will definitely be back to purchase more things from retro-pia

I received the waist-level finder, after a long wait. When it arrived I could not be more disappointed. It feels really fragile, made of cheap thin chatty plastic. I've had much higher quality items from an inexpensive Christmas cracker. Utter rubbish, avoid at all costs. The cost was a shocking £50, too.

I ordered the flash and a week later the lens. When I first ordered the product I was really exited, so I sended my regards to Retropia, I recieved an e-mail enthousiastic about my purchase. Earlier this week I was not really sure if I wanted to order the lens aswell, so I emailed to ask about the mount of my camera and the lens. Mark is the one who responded and helped me out with this question. Now the lens is also on it's way! Can't wait to try it out!
