Tiles arrived damaged, Julian agreed to replace them but then sent me incorrect size tiles (and tried to blame me for his mistake). Refusing to take any accountability or issue a refund. Offered a £10 “gesture of goodwill” for a £300 order which is of no use to me. Non existent customer service or knowledge of the law.

Placed an order for antique mirrored tiles, with a delivery date of 1-6th December 2025. A 50% deposit was taken and 3 days later the balance was taken, followed by an email containing a shifted delivery date 8th-12th December! I emailed RF customer services and received an obvious automated response, no apology and signed off with the most condescending, unprofessional ‘Sparkles’. No resolution found, no reason given for delays in delivery, basically breached all contractual obligations to the consumer!! Feed you lies about why there’s a delay…they are being carefully handmade to the highest standards…yawn yawn, give me a break! I have now lost my workmen and all the company can keep saying is I will receive my delivery and signing off with godamn Sparkles!!!
Steer clear of this myppet & muppet set up, that talks to you like a Disney character!

Very pleased with tiles for kitchen oven splash back. Retro Reflections were so helpful with helping me with measurements etc. Tiles were delivered safely packed. Will definitely recommend and buy again 🤗

I ordered mirror tiles for a kitchen splashback and the customer service was exemplary, quick responses, design advice and no problems with my fickle measurements as I worked through my plans. They look fantastic in the space too. I'd recommend.

From seeing tiles on Facebook to ordering them has been an excellent experience. The company Retro Reflections are very Professional and they helped me with design I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone .

Fabulous mirrors and excellent customer service. The antiquing is very authentic, more than similar priced companies.

Ordered some rosettes for a job way before Christmas and in spite of sending two emails asking the question as to when they would arrive, no reply. I got a reply after Christmas saying they were awaiting delivery. No good for me as they were a finishing touch to a load of glasswork done on a project in Cobham and the client was holding onto a large amount of money. Told them to cancel the order and reimburse but then they arrived two weeks ago!!! Terrible communication and then didin't do what I requested.......not impressed...

Buying from retro reflections was a joy , i had a query and they rang me to update me and the mirror is amazing. Thank you retro reflections for a great shopping experience

The main issue we have is that we could not mount the mirror horizontally as there are only hanging ‘eyes’ at one end of the mirror. As the frame is made of metal and these are welded to the frame there is no obvious way to remedy this without risking breaking the glass. I emailed to ask for advice but never received a reply. Also called and left a message a voicemail and again no call or message returned. So, nice mirror, sitting behind the sofa.

Fantastic service. All questions answered in the chat function on the website and also provided with how many boxes I would need to fit the space.
Tiles were cut to size by a local glaziers and easily fitted. They look amazing in the space. The delivery was also super fast. Brilliant company who I would recommend and use again if needed.
