Great service and good products for beds
Like some other reviewers, I had expected to have to replace my Feather & Black king size bed (£1000?) as many of the plastic end caps for the slats had broken and the rest had become very brittle. Instead I was able to buy 28 new end caps from Karl for £200 and with some help from my neighbours we were able to work out how to remove and replace them and how to fit the slats into them. This needed careful adjustments so as not to put too much pressure onto the new end caps but we succeeded and the bed is now fit for use for another 10 years!

Good replacement holders but a little tricky to fit
Karl responded very quickly to our order and sent us some very helpful suggestions when we struggled to fit the slats in place. The new holders are more rigid than the originals. When we fitted the first few slats, the holders started to show signs of stress in the plastic. We contacted Karl and he replied quickly with two suggestions from other customers - loosen the bed frame if possible, and use a hairdryer to soften the plastic. In the end we only needed to loosen the bedframe as far as it would go, then once all the slats were in place we tightened it all up.
