Half the size of a regular puzzle.

Half the size of a regular puzzle. Pieces are so tiny you would need a magnifying glass.

Karma...SOL....What a joke your company is. You sold me a piece oh sh**. Took a week and a half to get back to me. Then told me I have to pay the shipping fees. Then you reply on here with this ridiculous nonsense acting like you are the victim. Mean I'm the one out the money!!!! If I can Deter one person from using your website that's a good thing. Then again anyone reading your response you've probably done that yourself anyway.

I asked Trustpilot multiple times to remove my company from their trash website and they still refuse.

Can anyone trust Trustpilot reviews when
1. They cannot distinguish between a product and a service.
2. They do not faithfully abide by a contract.
3. They allow moderation of content in their paid plans. If I was a paying customer, I could delete any offending review I wish.

I refuse to be extorted by internet trash like TrustPilot.

Customer is a liar, package did not take a week and a half. I can post the tracking number as proof, but that would reveal private information which would not be nice.

Package information:
Shipped on Sat, Mar 28, 2020
Delivered on Mon, Mar 30, 2020, 12:03 PM

Trustpilot, what are you going to do about lying customers?

So sad that bitter people exist in this world. Wonder what makes people so bitter and angry that they have to lie!

Product is well liked on Amazon.

This review is against the TrustPilot rules. This review does not review Retroactives.com service and makes a complaint about a product that was purchased. Retroactives.com does not participate in product reviews with TrustPilot.

Had this reviewer not been spiteful and spoke with us we would have been able to advise her that White Mountain puzzles has a "Happiness Guarantee" and would have replaced her puzzle with one the customer would be happy with.

Now, because the customer is so filled with hate and spite, they are SOL. There is a lesson to be learned here, I believe it is called "karma."

The product the customer purchased is:

https://www.whitemountainpuzzles.com/products/wacky-packages?_pos=1&_sid=ce56f3fec&_ss=r

On our site

https://www.retroactives.com/wacky-packages-1000-piece-jigsaw-puzzle

As you can see for yourself, the customer outright lied and TrustPilot accepts this review as legitimate.

Which ironically Trustpilot gives 4.8 stars for the wacky packages puzzle and a 4.7 score with over 19k reviews for the Manufacturer.

I have been a software and ecommerce developer for 20 years and have worked with dozens of review aggregators like TrustPilot. When you use their paid service, you are allowed to delete bad reviews, but when you use their free tier you have to beg them to remove spiteful and irrelevant reviews.

In reality, TrustPilot is not very Trustworthy when you have to pay to have fair and honest reviews.

I hope you enjoyed reading this for the short period of time that my company will utilize TrustPilot's service and until they get a cease and desist letter to remove any and all references to retroactives.om from their website.

We offered the customer a full refund if the product was returned unopened and undamaged. The product in question, is a White Mountain puzzle. White Mountain 1000 piece puzzles like the one the customer purchased are 30" x 24". Most 1000 piece puzzles are 20" x 27" making the White Mountain puzzles substantially larger in size than other 1000 piece puzzles. This customer's review is disingenuous.
