First and last time ordering, didn't seem bad aswell, but one of them shops that's got good sales n wayyyyy too much customers so chances are an item or more is 'out if stock' which is what happened to me. I get this does happen sometimes but I wouldn't trust it not to happen alot here unfortunately. See what the clothes are like when their here as other reviews seem decent and the prices are good for the range they have🙌

I bought a Vivienne Westwood Shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas and it was too small. I contacted the company who sent me the next size up straight away. Very straight forward and easy to deal with. Unfortunately it still didn't fit (Vivienne Westwood shirts are just small in general now Unfortunately) but Retro Design took the shirt back again with absolutely zero fuss and a full refund being processed.
I had a similar problem last year with Harvey Nichols and they would not let me have get a refund so I won't deal with them again.
I will however fully support and recommend RETRO DESIGN as they have great choices and I will DEFINITELY be using again soon.
Also staff super friendly and very helpful!

DO NOT USE. Twice attempted to buy a Valentino bag, both times stated couldn’t verify card and took the money out anyway. Very untrustworthy. Found on another sole trader £6 cheaper. To be avoided.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to complete your purchase. I have looked into this and can confirm there were some inaccuracies regarding your payment card.
When this happens the money is removed from your account (by the bank) and held until our payment merchant accepts the transaction. As this wasn't possible, the bank then returns the money to your account. In many cases, this will display as a 'pending' transaction on your online banking.
If, in the future, you decide to give us another chance, please contact us if you have issues and we'll do our best to help.
