Faulty item
I ordered a jacket off retro designerwear. It arrived with a fault stains on the material. They don't refund your post and package to send it back and ignor emails. So it cost me £9 to receive and send send back a faulty item. Stay away from this company

Bought some hard to find Uggs for my daughter who is in USA for three months. I bought the Boots on Saturday and she had them on her feet by Thursday. They contacted me to check the address on the Monday and off the Boots went. Really excellent service snd communication. I couldn’t be happier

Hassle
Ordered 2 t shirts but sent me a wrong item when I tried to order the one I wanted it had sold out now I have the hassle of returning the incorrect item. Not ideal!
