I had an issue in receiving a hockey jersey in the wrong size and Retro Locker specifically Ronald did a great job in helping me get the right size very quickly!! Highly recommend them for all the great jerseys that they sell!!

I have ordered two hockey jerseys from them both with custom name and number. I am very impressed with the quality. Shipping times can take a little long but they are upfront about the expected time. Overall, cannot recommend enough for your retro jersey needs.

Had an issue with the sizes running big for me. Ronald was able to resolve my issue and send replacements while I was only responsible for shipping cost. I think that was more than fair and I'd purchase from this company again

In the end, I got a really nice jersey and and Ronald’s customer service was great. The reason for the 4 stars was because the size chart that was on the website wasn’t accurate., and I ended up w/ a size that was far too big. Ronald helped me figure what the correct size for me would be and replaced the large one (for a small fee). I would definitely order from them
again.

After some discussion concerning the fit, the people at Retrolocker went to great lengths to make sure the replacement jacket was the correct size. Ok, first and foremost, I am old dude throwback sports enthusiast and jersey expert and collector. I know team logo insignias that teams wear/wore, number fonts and precise team colors shades. I WANT what is "exact" to what I'd be issued being on the team. I found Retro Locker. The amazing selection first drew me in. The price sealed the deal for purchase.
