Fucc I’m so dumb for putting my trust into this, on out a $100 and no console. Don’t trust players.shop it’s all a scam.

It’s a scam u orders a PS4 and never got it and idk how to get my money back retro player give me my money back or I’m suing you for all of your money

You should contact the Federal Bureau of Investigations and file a report about this Fraud. You can also file a charge with the FTC- Federal Trade Commission and stop this injustice. I feel sad for everyone that have been disappointed by this fraud. I am reporting them. Place your review on social media and screen shot their page so people can stay away from that fake website. I'm sure they have got millions out of people. It would be interesting to know if they have been allowing their friends and family memebers to use their address to send the packages to phony addresses. If so then they will be considered an accessory to the fraud and can Be held accountable as well. Good luck everyone!

I contacted offer up. For Fraudulent ads . They responded by saying report user. I explained it was an ad not a user. I contacted pay pal and told them they shipped my item to a random place in Pittsburgh. After filling a claim they sent a secondary bogus tracking number that supposedly was shipped and received in my city but no specific address. Supposedly the item came from Amazon now. Pay Pal gave me my cash back after giving them the 2 bogus tracking numbers that addresses were modified to match mine.

I'm in tears right now as a single mother of two boys I can't afford a $300 $400 dollar game. I was searching on Offer up a site I normally shop for reasonable priced items. I promised my 13 yr old a PlayStation 4 for Christmas he would just have to wait a few days after Christmas to get it (he was fine with that) I then stumbled across a in my price range deal on Retroplayer for under $100 with everything he wanted. The payment option was pay pal something i didn't have so I signed up for Pay Pal thinking I was making a safe transaction I added my debit card to pay in order to pay for my order. I completed the order and gave it a few day and started tracking it all the way to delivery in which IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS I HAVE ON FILE OR ON THE BILLING ADDRESS. THEY DELIVERED IT TO SOMEWHERE I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH. Pay pal isn't fixing the problem because the merchant said my order was confirmed and it was delivered. NOT DELIVERED TO ME now its my son 14th Birthday and he still hasn't gotten it. I just cant believe this happen I knew I was safe with Pay Pal being involved.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Totally FAKE! It’s stealing money from people’s accounts and they never ship nothing. I ordered a PlayStation station 4 that I found on OfferUp app. I should have know better because it was to good to be true.

Should be negative 5 stars. I bought a ps4 from them a month and a half ago and it still says waiting to be shipped. The contact email and phone are bogus. PayPal won't refund because they say it was delivered. It wasn't. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Yes, it is a scam. Be careful when asking PayPal for your money back: it looks like you might be able to only make one dispute per item, even if they are for different things. So when I first placed the order, I noticed they overcharged me, so I disputed that and won. Now, almost a month later and, according to my Retroplayerss account, they have not shipped yet. I want to place another dispute to get a full refund, but that option no longer seems available.

I know you cannot reopen a closed dispute on Paypal, but if I'd known you can only have one dispute per order, I would have waited.

I bought a PS4 bundle and all it says is awaiting shipment. It tricked me with the 551 orders and the 4.5 review status. Please stay away im a real person not a fake so PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Terrible Scam
Contact info never worked. I spent the money but it was never processed so it sat pending for a whole week and then bounced back into my bank account. Stay away from this site.

None of their links work to get in touch. Their email isn't real. I tried contacting them through different outlets and they are all fake. I'm trying to get my money back.

This website appears to be a scam. I have never received the item I paid for and I am currently going through Paypal to try to get my money returned to me. All of the contact information on this company's website is fake.

How doo you get your money back i am in process with paypal

The website is a scam website the offer items incredibly cheap and even offer a return policy and a purchase option through PayPal yet all of their contact methods are fake stay away from this site
