I love everything about Retrosaria Rosa Pomar, and I only had a few online experiences for the moment. I never went to the shop.
The exchanges are so easy and friendly, really a human relation, quick responses about your order in case of a colour missing, rapid sending, beautifully packed with care, quality wool ... What else ... ? Go there quickly now that I'm living in Algarve !

Nothing but happy with Retrosaria Rosa Pomar
The store itself is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. Their yarns are some of the best I've ever knit with. I had a mistake with my order recently and the staff rectified the mistake in my favor and were very personable, even though I don't speak Portuguese and I live internationally. Thank you so much for only great experiences

Impressive service and yarn
Very impressed with service from Retrosaria. My order of yarn arrived in 10 days, beautifully packaged and the yarn was perfect. It was also cheaper than buying in the UK despite shipping costs.

My love for this unique store in the whole world
Since my first visit in Lisbon, 2017, Retrosaria has been my dream wool and knitting store! All you can find there has such a good taste and quality, besides Portugal, thanks to Rosa Pomar, being such a country to find the most diferente and lovable natural yarns. Congratulations Rosa; you took the passions of many of us to the categories of dream garments and everything. Long life to Retrosaria and Rosa Pomar!!!
