Although I returned the glasses as they were too big, I was very impressed with this Company. Prices are really good and delivery was fast. My refund has also been arranged within a few days of me returning the glasses.

Fantastic service and great quality glasses again - this time prescription sunglasses.
Delivered to France with exactly the same service and just a day or two extra delivery time.

Speedy delivery, but did not expect the frames to have no lenses at all! Yes I chose no prescription lenses, but nowhere did it say the frames would be empty!! Very odd.

The description of the Ace and Tate Pierce spectacles in the colour, fizz, was not accurate, which led to my having to return them.
They were described as being “Extra Large” but the dimensions did not match the wording.
I received a full refund, including all postage costs.

have used retrospecced.co.uk on two occasions for re-lensing glasses. One of the pairs was an Oakley sunglasses frame that had been discontinued and I was unable to find a lens elsewhere. Great service on both occasions. thank you

I have been using Retrospecced since 2019 to buy new frames and reglaze old ones. They are really responsive, and have great customer service. This time I sent a somewhat complicated order request and everything was processed smoothly, no issues at all.

Just a great company to deal with Emily was so helpful & ensured I secured my choices prior to receiving the prescription.

The measuring of frames was thorough. The response to the questions I had was polite and timely, I felt they had my best interests at heart. I love my new frames and they were so much cheaper than where I'd normally get them from. I feel good too about having upcycled new glasses. also liked that I had to upload a pic of my new prescription so room for error.

I love this company! I’m now proud owner of a beautiful pair of Ray Ban specs. I was looking at paying over £200 for a pair I didn’t even really like in Boots as was limited to their options. Looked elsewhere and price the same. Then came across Retrospecced. There were several
pairs I loved straight away. Customer service was almost instant response and gave great advice on lenses too. Glasses arrived within 48 hours of ordering (I didn’t get lenses through them as needed an option they couldn’t easily get for same price I was being offered).
