Zero stars

I agree with others on this about giving zero stars if I could. My sunglasses arrived with a key component missing from one arm so they don’t sit right on my face. I contacted them to ask to return them, they offered to send the missing piece. When I said no thank you I wish to return them they simply ghosted me. They won’t respond to my emails now. I really would avoid them.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sunglasses arrived extremely crooked, I mean ridiculously crooked, like MADE WRONG crooked. Disappointed, I took them to my trusted optometrist who's jaw dropped when they saw them on. My optometrist told me they could bend them back for a fee but they were SO CROOKED that they were afraid they would break the sunglasses. I reached out to customer service who proceeded to gaslight me saying that "this is normal" (even though the customer service rep said they couldn't see the image I sent) - they sent instructions on how to heat them up and bend them back myself as if they had been on my person and damaged by me, which I had only put them on immediately after they arrived and took them off to find a resolution. They also instructed me to take them to a different optometrist when I asked if they would cover the heating and fitting fees. When did this become the norm? You're so desperate to hang onto a couple hundred bucks you don't care about your quality of product? The time of your customers? I don't have all day to run around and fix these, and I shouldn't have to! When you pay for a quality item you should receive a quality item and the customer service that goes along with it. I will be returning these and purchasing from a company that cares. Don't waste your time and money with RSF.
