Terrible shipping, misleading business
I ordered a single disc based game from them. They tossed it in a bubble mailer without any extra protection. It was literally just a bare disc bouncing around in the mailer. It's a miracle the USPS didn't shatter it.

ABSOLUTE JOKE AND SCAM
This "business" is the biggest and most ridiculous scam that I have ever dealt with. They literally take your money in, and then order the games off Ebay to your address. They never actually have the games in hand. I am honestly not sure how this is even legal. I ordered a game from this joke of a business and it arrived lose shoved in a bubble mailer with zero protection. I put it into my system and of course it did not work. I called this joke of a company multiple times demanding that they send me a return label and replace or refund me. They never did. I had to literally get my bank involved to dispute the charge for me, because this "business" did nothing to help me. Save yourselves the headache and just order directly from Ebay. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

SCAM
Sent me a GameCube in a FedEx envelope so it was COMPLETELY DESTROYED. I requested a replacement which took over 3 months. The replacement didn't work, so I asked for a refund and they offered me less than half of what I paid IN STORE CREDIT. They wont even give me my money back. Not to mention, they waited until they received my return to tell me that they couldn't approve my refund request. SCAM. John isn't even a real person. Every time I call, I get someone who sounds like they are in a house full of children.

order Refund
Placed an order with these guys to give them a chance. Was super excited to get my son one of my 1st systems (PS2 bundle), it took a few days over the weekend and holiday with no movement, (understandable). Was able to find the same setup with verified condition at my local store. Called in to cancel my order, left a message, and spoke with John via chat online. He was polite and understanding and refunded the order with no issues. Pleasant experience, sorry for the retraction of the sale, it was just business at the end of the day.
UPDATE:
They partially refunded my order and and said that the remainder left was a “transaction fee”! SCAM!!!! Tuck tail and RUN!
