The house looked very much like the pictures. It fit our group well.
It would have been nice to have the pool serviced during our stay, it started to smell and was very cloudy on our last day. The plug to the air hockey table was broken off in the outlet. It was a safe neighborhood, no issues with neighbors. Overall our group had a great time and it was the perfect house for our large group

Accommodations were great. Parking was an issue since the home was 6 bedroom and the driveway would only hold 2 full size vehicles. Amenities pass should be issued to each individual. One pass for the group was hard to manage.

Excellent customer service and the unit was as advertised. It was very spacious and well appointed.

Enjoyed my stay

We recently stayed at this vacation home, and while the house itself is beautiful and has great potential, our experience was overshadowed by numerous maintenance issues that required constant attention throughout our stay.

Upon arrival, the outside trash was already full, and several rooms in the house were noticeably hot. We reported the issue when we checked in around 4:00 PM, but after not hearing back, we had to call again between 7:00–8:00 PM before someone was finally sent out.

On the second day, we discovered that the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly. Despite a technician stating that the unit was functioning correctly, the freezer never maintained an appropriate temperature, and food items such as ice cream would not stay frozen and had to be discarded.

We also had to report a leaning headboard, an upstairs unit leak that soaked a significant portion of the carpet, recurring air conditioning problems in the back bedrooms, and a spa issue after the pool technician serviced the pool. Shortly after the pool service, the spa drained completely and remained empty for the remainder of the day and through noon the following day. Although we reported the issue, no one followed unsure as to whether ii was times to refill at boon the next day don’t know.

The air conditioning problems continued, requiring another service call. During that visit, the technician left the upstairs unit door open and left a note indicating that work was still needed; however, no one returned.

Additionally, three arcade/game room games stopped working on Saturday around 7:00 PM and were reported. Later that evening, around 10:00 PM, the remaining games in the room also stopped working. We chose not to report those additional issues until checkout because the representative we spoke with on Saturday night advised that, due to the late hour, it was unlikely anyone would be available to come out that evening.

While maintenance personnel generally responded when concerns were reported, it was frustrating to have to call every day—sometimes multiple times a day—to address ongoing problems during what should have been a relaxing vacation.

I do want to note that all of the representatives we interacted with were very polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. Our frustration is not with the staff themselves, but with the number of issues that occurred during our stay and the fact that several concerns required repeated follow-up.

We understand that unexpected issues can occur, but the volume and frequency of these problems significantly impacted our stay. Given the repeated disruptions, refrigeration concerns, water leak, recurring HVAC problems, non-functioning game room equipment, and the need for continual follow-up, we believe a partial refund of at least $1,000 would be a fair and reasonable accommodation.

The home is beautiful, but the number of maintenance issues and the need for continual follow-up prevented us from fully enjoying our vacation experience.

This version strengthens your case by documenting the frequency of issues while remaining reasonable and complimentary toward the staff.

I wanna go on record just to make sure that I’m not held liable for any of the things that I found wrong with the accommodations. The air fryer wouldn’t fully close so that it could cook. We would have to manually hold it while it was being used in order to function .The left side of the reclining chair on couch got stuck and would have to be placed back into place with my help. Couldn’t walk in the balcony, barefoot because they were ashes on the floor. I assumed it was in swept prior to our arrival. But I guess the most uncomfortable was the dryer. It would not heat enough to dry our clothes. I tried a lighter load to see if that was the issue, but it wasn’t. Other than that everything else went well.

What a beautiful home. House is even better in person than it is in photos. There were 4 families total who stayed in this home and we didn’t even use all of the rooms. There was so much to do in the home and resort that we only got out 1-2 to visit the beach. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Disney-themed home! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had amazing amenities that everyone enjoyed. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, and everything was exactly as described.

The Disney-themed touches made the experience extra special and created lasting memories for our family. We had absolutely no issues during our visit and appreciated how welcoming and organized the home was.

Company does well with ease of check in and check out. Even calling them with things to be fixed, the service was prompt and kind. Technicians were very nice.
Criticisms for this specific house, lack of food storage space. Spa never got any hotter than pool temp.

The house appears to be a beautiful spot, but I feel we were sold on many things that were either not working, not actually what we had, or otherwise. Upon arrival, one porch light was out and the garage doors looked like something from a horror movie from the cobwebs and dirt.
We expected to use the elevator for bags since it’s 3 stories, but maintenance never came to show us how to use it. The guy who did show up said he wasn’t here for that, just to deliver paper towels, which we didn’t request. Secondly, the fireworks are so far away there’s no watching Disney fireworks from the balcony as advertised. You can barely see the top of the fireworks and unless you’re distinctly watching from a very far distance at that exact moment, you wouldn’t know they were happening. Third, the shower on the second floor is definitely a concern. There’s a lot of bubbling and uneven surfaces. It appears epoxy was poured over a huge issue, possibly a leak, which would explain the heavy caulking. The shower step is covering a huge amount of mold. This is also notable in the shower on the third floor. Beware! The step is caving in directly to the shower due to what appears to be a major leak. I don’t see how it would ever pass an inspection. One bathroom was missing the entire mirror, so one person had to use the other bathroom. Lastly, the game room wasn’t in full working capacity. Again, we called, but maintenance never came. It’s also important to note every tv has between 2-5 remotes (also called about this). We were never able to figure out the tv’s other than turning them on.
As for the outside, the front porch was covered in leaves when we arrived. The pool is great for swimming, but just be aware it overflows, so if you’re on the patio, you’ll experience the water as well.
We had very high hopes this was a premier resort stay, and it fell short of that on many levels.

The communication and responses from your company are great. This is our 2nd house we rented from you and we will be back. It’s easy to get into Reunion and the house and amenities were fabulous!

This location was comfortable had 3 amazing pools and was a good spot to come back to after days at universal. We took a break day and just hung at the pools. Super convenient for groceries and restaurants and comfortable for kids! Cute Mickey decor!!!

There are no little shelves on a niche in the showers for your soap or shampoo bottles. Only gave us one dishwasher detergent pod for 6 people. Only a partial roll of toilet paper was left in each bathroom. Using the “Bellhopt” food delivery service was a mistake because of the expense compared to going to the near by stores.
All areas of the unit itself were very nice and very clean! Nice comfortable beds. Kept air conditioning set at 72, last two nights it was 80 degrees inside. ☹️☹️

Great house, great location (2591 Calistoga Ave.) My family of 6 really enjoyed the home. A few things I think should be worked out: no propane for the BBQ pit (I understand I can get it myself but we were in enclosed vehicles, no truck). Previous renters threw their trash in trash spot, not in bags. They wouldn’t pick up our trash because of this. I had to call. Movie room did not work, we are tech savvy and couldn’t get it, sent an email, no response. Bring your own toilet paper (and propane)!

This is our second time using Florida Vacation Homes and once again the experience was excellent. Communication from England before we arrived was great, making everything easy and stress-free. The property was lovely and exactly what we hoped for. Overall, a great experience and we would happily use them again.

The view sat out by the pool overlooking the lake is fantastic but that is what you are paying for.

Property is smaller then the pictures would have you believe and the general cleanliness was poor. Lots of random toenails around the place and we had to unblock a few sinks for them to be usable. General cleanliness of the pool wasn’t great, we didn’t see a pool cleaner in the two weeks we were there and there was no pool brush to clean the bottom of the pool, so a lot of dirt on that.

BBQ gas bottle was empty which was poor.

The actual surrounding area is very good and easy access to many food places and shops.

It’s not a terrible property but I we didn’t feel it warranted the high price charged. Also be aware of the price you pay. Everything for us advertised in pounds sterling when initially booked and then final payment in dollars which can vary due to exchange rates.

I wish that there was more towels for the pool and the house. With four of us there it was small picking when it came to towels. Other wise the house was beautiful. Plenty of room for the four of us with wonderful access to the community pool right outside the door. House was well kept and updated. Loved it

Everything was great nice place. It was pretty close to everything even with Florida traffic it didn’t take long. It’s not a bad spot

The place was nice except for the fact that the primary bathroom sink randomly turned on and made a loud humming sound. I called and out a ticket in on with within the 1st 26 hrs of arrival and nothing was done to fix the situation if it ever was until after I left. The fact that the service rep heard it, said marked my ticket as urgent after i told him i was worried it would wake the people below me and no one reached out to me until after I followed back up and left a message. My people below along with myself woke up multiple times in the middle of the night due to the sound kicking on randomly. I barely slept while there.
