Revamp and build have just completed some building and electrical work on my flat in Hampstead. They were recommended by my neighbour and I found them to be very professional and they couldn’t be more helpful. The work was completed when they said it would be and done to a professional standard.
I found Les to be very engaged in the process from quote to completion, approachable and with a wealth of experience I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his company if you are looking for a good builder with a good work ethic.

Les was incredible. We wanted go fix the drainage at the front of the house to protect from flash floods. We had 3 builders come and offer vague solutions or huge projects disproportional to the problem we were trying to sovle - till Les came around. He offered a simple and elegant solution and executed it brilliantly. We're delighted with the result and couldn't recommend Les highly enough.

Efficient and professional. And a perfectionist, Les likes to make sure everything is absolutely how it should be. Clean and tidy and does a great job.

Have great confidence in Les for figuring out issues and fixing them as well as for doing great work. Hard working, knowledgeable and very user friendly. I am so lucky to have found him!

I have worked with Les from Revamp & Build on several occasions. He has always been able to help at short notice and is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. His building work is exceptional. His team are trustworthy and also keen to help. Totally recommend Les and his team for renovations of all kind.

Leslaw has been doing work at our building on and off since 2015. He is reliable, no business is too small and genuinely cares for his customers. I would highly recommend him.

I can honestly say that Les is one of the worst builders I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Considering I have been a property developer for many years and I have employed numerous building teams all over London(small and large firms for a variety of different jobs) that is saying something.

This man’s work is absolutely awful and he is a disgrace to the construction industry. Not one job was done to a good standard. It is shocking that he has managed to set up his own company!

He will argue with you constantly about everything. He makes ‘mistakes’ on invoices as he struggles adding numbers up, he doesn’t keep you informed on the progress of development works and he never returns calls. Whilst he was in the middle of a big job for me he decided to take a vacation and didn’t even have the courtesy of informing me!! The man simply does what he feels like.

What’s even worse than his workmanship is his attitude and arrogance. (This is probably the reason why he has no reviews on Google after setting up his company nearly 10 years ago!)

We are currently contemplating legal action against Leslaw Kibalko as he has taken our money and left a pile of rubbish at the front of our property! Do not trust this man he is a thief and a fraudster and will run away with your money!!! See my review on Google as proof.

I do not recommend Les to anyone as he is not capable of executing basic jobs never mind some of the services he claims to offer on his website. The fact that he never seems to be busy working on jobs and has no reviews on Google was a huge red flag looking back.

Avoid this man he is a fraud!!!

Les and his team were working on a renovation across the road from me. It looked amazing so I asked him to create a patio for me. It looks amazing.
Since then he has worked on my mum’s roof, a friend’s bathroom and many other neighbours in my area have been so happy with his work. Les is more of a problem solver. Be prepared for a perfectionist who takes a pride in his work.
