NOT BAD
Wayyy too expensive for what it does. The steamer I expected to see steam. Nothing! Even on the highest setting. Does the same job as ghd's. 4* for not burning my hair. 4* for fast delivery. 4* for easy payment installations.
But for the price I was expecting a miracle. I have very thick hair. It took sometime before straightening out.

Still learning!
Have only used it a couple of times so still need to work out the best way of styling without burning myself which I have twice. It definitely does what it's supposed to as regards to waves curls etc but have to learn to do it safely. Once this is accomplished it will be a great tool I'm sure.
