After app. 2 weeks I now have a working item at best part of £700 for a miniature camera , because that is all it is . This is not an item for the faint hearted . I am now 79 yrs but for the last 20yrs of my working life I was a radar engineer for a top class world renowned engineering company so not really at the bottom of the pile , but unless you are a very competent software engineer go to GoPro .The instruction manual of 65 pages give indications of what something should look like on a computer screen but scant details on how too arrive there and in some passages , incomprehensible . Because of various employment in my life I will not believe the local plod force with their two finger use of a keyboard when typing and the door persons I have encountered , would be able to master this package , switching the camera on and recording , yes , the Dems 360 A RESOUNDING NO. I have given 3 stars , the camera is well engineered and compact and after the request for my complaint to be passed to the C E O Alasdair Field , I now have a basic working model . Yes I do have my 'O' levels in the distant pass in science maths and english , and two stints in Uni one in Western Australia , sponsered by the Transport Workers Union to become there Industrial Court Advocate my second to gain my ' O N C ' .. I find that the logging in to Dems as admin username and admin as password is still rejected as it was at first op.being informed by Lee that it was new to the D3 , you would expect known snags to be rectified , this kind of service where a no doubt lucrative service contract with public service bodies paid for out of public taxes is available maybe be O/K. I have put it down to a lesson learned , what have I got for £700 ? a body cam that is a camera because I can only download stills to the computer , Reveal have their money . May I suggest they refrain from supplying to end users ..

Now app.1 month of use and I have found nothing to edit from above . The fact that the company now advertise on e bay may give a clue . A similar item with well documented instructions and the added benefit of extra batteries at a cost of app half ( £300 ) is available from a Bristol company . As I wrote earlier a lesson learned , I now have an RX 5 , no hassle with licences and an item with clear instructions from Remtrading U.K and extra batteries at £20 10 April 2018 my further update .Reveal obviously follows the other companies who advertise on eBay .Take the money and could not care less .Sales after the initial purchase are the worst , having contacted them by email ref. the accessories available for the D 3 , their website does not mention this model , no reply obviously not a company I would use again or recommend . I strongly recommend Remtrading and their R X 5 model body cam ,nothing is too much trouble .
