Been buying from them for awhile, even though I order from Canada my stuff arrives fast and in great condition.

Automatic subscriptions never signed up for, shipping takes forever and you pay a small premium for insured delivery (automatically added if you don't opt-out). This company is sneaky, although I've gotten what I ordered, but not in a very timely fashion. Doesn't inspire much confidence.

I have been buying from Revelation Health for years without problems. However, today was very different. I ordered a product. After the order, I noticed that I had a subscription to another product that I didn't remember starting. I cancelled the subscription. Then I got a credit card alert from my bank that a Revelation Health transaction was declined. I called the bank and the bank said that it was denied on the merchant's end. That didn't make sense to me. I tried to call Revelation Health at 830AM EST, but they weren't open yet. I emailed them instead.
Then I got what I consider to be a very "not nice" email back from them. The email claimed that I was in the "practice" of starting and cancelling subscriptions. Just to be clear, this is not my "practice." They gave me some history regarding my purchases and subscriptions. I can see how they might think that I was doing that. However, it would have been better customer service to actually contact me and discuss the issue, rather then just arbitrarily cancelling my order with no contact or explanation, leaving me to sort through the problem with my bank in complete confusion. I'm not sure what has changed at Revelation Health, but at this point it seems like it might be a good idea to find other places to buy supplements. I recommend that you stay away from this business until they change the way they handle relationships with long time clients.
Their reply confirms my review. Buyer beware.

Wow, do not purchase from this webstore, I just did and regretted it immensely. I got some supplements that were available elsewhere anyways on this site, and when the products arrived, their SEAL WAS BROKEN. Fine, annoying, but it can be remediated, just send me ones that had not been tempered with - then when I emailed their customer support, their snarky support staff kept blaming everyone and saying that the products are SAFE to take even with the SEAL BROKEN! And they urged me to take the products with the broken seal. I can understand trying to save a few bucks, but trying to get someone to risk their lives with potentially tempered with products to save themselves from sending out a new product? That is a new low. I wish I had seen how low the reviews were on this site before purchasing, because now I understand why. And when I told them that I wasn't ok with that, they then referred me to their "director" of operations, who kept the snark up and told me quote, "they provide great customer service" and in bold letters, THEY DON'T MAKE THE PRODUCTS, so it's not their problem to fix, yeah lady, I don't care who makes the products, I paid you money, you send me defective products, so now make it right. They then made me jump through hoop after hoop, I would have given up on dealing with them had they not made me so mad that such a fundamental product defectiveness issue, they couldn't just be a good company and do the right thing, they had to get all nasty. Anyways, won't be buying from them ever again, and I advise you not to either.

ordered product received & had WRONG INGREDIENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE & expected me to pay for return shipping !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Canada and I am extremely upset because I had asked the company Revelation Health to send my order through the regular postal system which would have saved me more than $30.00 in fees.
Instead of that they used Fedex that charged me $48.15 for an order of $121.93. This is totally outrageous and I will never order from that company again!
Ordered some stuff from States for delivery to UK - it eventually arrived after a long time.
My email enquiries went unanswered.
Looked at delivery small print, which stated there would be no refund if the goods didn't turn up. With future orders, I will pay the extra for insurance.
I think you can trust this company, but they need to get their act together with customer service.
