Absolutely no return policy, exchange or store credit. So if you end up not liking it you are out of money entirely

They ignore my cancellation request and shipped the items days (business days) after I emailed. I receive the box and the items are incorrect. Terrible service. They told me what I could have done better, were incredibly condescending and it seems like they saw my email, rushed to ship, and didn’t bother double checking the contents.

Their response to filling and shipping orders is awful. I placed and order December 26, 2022, and should be getting it on January 11, 2023. I paid for 2-3 days shipping. I may just stick with Amazon for these products.

I’ve been using Revelnail for awhile after purchasing from their convenient Australian site. The Australian site didn’t have a wide range like their US site but I was ok with that as I would receive the items quickly and free postage. However, come their Black Friday sale, I was unable to purchase from their Australian site as it wasn’t working (all items appear out of stock). So I had to buy from their US site, paying a very very high postage fee!! My $200 order was placed 22/11/22, and they have yet to post it out. I’ve emailed them an extreme amount of times and contacted them on social media and nothing. The only reply I got was to say they will check. I am not confident in this order now and the customer service is terrible. I should not have had to pay for postage in the first place given the fact it wasn’t our fault the Australian site was not working, and now it’s not even being sent. Last order I will be placing with them, which is a shame as I have invested in their dip powders. I hope they work with other brand liquids….

Generally the product is good, however it is very difficult to remove and has destroyed my nails. I also do not like how it grows out and catches your hair between product and cuticle. Customer service is non existent. They offer a 'money back guarantee' if you are dissatisfied, but clearly don't follow through.

I will start with the good points - I absolutely LOVE revel nail dip powders. They are very good quality and very easy to work with.

However, it is not the quality of the products that is the issue - Their customer service when something goes wrong is just terrible.

Do not expect to get any sort of response from them. I am yet to hear back from them regarding an order I haven't received. I have been emailing them daily since 30/09/2022 and havent been acknowledged by anyone other than "chip" their virtual assistant.

Usually there are no delivery issues but from my own experience when something goes wrong they completely ignore their customers (maybe just an EU issue?)

Sadly, going forward I will no longer be ordering from Revel.

When can I get refunded?

I was a custom for revel of 8 years, they blocked out Australia and opened their own store here taking us for 500 colours down to 50. with only a fraction of the colours and constantly not giving us newly launched items but at the same time they were sending us emails. I spoke with a higher up via email spending over 8 hours of my time explaining what was going on their the group and making suggestions on how to fix it, i was EXTREMELY Loyal toRevel and didnt shop other brands, i have been blocked on both the American and Australian Facebook community pages for constantly asking what was going on with the company on the Australian group, after 18 months and not giving us anything. they do not care about Australia and i am VERY annoyed i can not look up colour swatches anymore since i have over 400 jars of their product. DO NOT SHOP REVEL!

I can't rate the kit because I never tried it. I ended up orderingvfrom another company because Revel sent me a coupon code that didn't work. I tried to contact them multiple times for help and nobody ever responded. They lost my business because the customer service is non-existent.

The manicure result was good but I will never use the glitter ones again. It is VERY difficult to remove and destroyed my nails. Also, as your nail grows out your hair will get caught in the ridge between the cuticle and manicure.

Great variety, lots of information and great illustrative photos. I've always had a good experience with the customer service staff as well, when needed.

August 21, I ordered about $100 worth of product. August 23, I received an order confirmation and tracking number. August 27, the package had not arrived and tracking number was invalid. Issue reported on August 27. On August 30, Support emailed and said my package was missing and new package would be sent out. I was given a new order number and a new tracking number. August 31, I was told one of the items in my order was now out of stock and I was offered a refund. September 2, I contacted Revel Nail again because my replacement package STILL had not shipped. Multiple attempts to contact support were made. September 6, Support reported a "glitch in the system" and created yet another order number and tracking number, putting me back at the start. September 7 contacted support and received no response. As of September 10, newest tracking number shows package still has not shipped and no new info from them.

Absolutely love Revel. I started with a few other brands and since finding Revel I now only use their products. Great pigmentation and fantastic choice of colours and new releases. Usually always get a freebie or a size upgrade on my pots too

So happy I came across Revel nail.. Doing my own nails is so much fun and more sanitary.. The service is top notch.. When you place an order it gets shipped out by the next day and in your mailbox within days to a week pending on where you live.. Any issues they are right on it and can't help you enough.. Ken, Melissa and staff your number one to me, keep up the great service!!!

I've been using Revel Nail dip for the last 3 months. Probably the best dip kit and powers out there. Easy to use and easy to get. Cost is fantastic 7.99 for .5oz and 14 for 1 oz, they upgrade you most of the time so you get Big Bang for your buck. The color selection is fantastic! You need to make sure you clean the top if the liquid bottles after each use. For the 1 and 3 it can harden and make the caps tough to get off. I highly recommend this their dip kits!

Revel nails has the most terrible customer service on the planet. Whenever you call you only get a switch board operator that can only send messages that are never returned. I placed an order on the 4th of July and I have yet to recieve it. I've explained to the switch board operator over and over that package is caught up in DHL logistics therefore they will have to resend me another order. As of today, I have yet to hear from anyone at Revel.

Received my order timely and product is top notch.

I’ve been waiting for a month for my order with absolutely no communication in 3 weeks. Horrible customer service.
