Revene Reviews 

I tried to find reviews of this company and couldn't before purchasing. I wish I had put the company name into the search bar in Trust Pilot because I would not have bothered ordering from them.

My experience is exactly the same as the other two reviewers.

The item took over two weeks to come. It arrived in a tiny open bag. As soon as I saw it in the couriers hand I knew something was wrong immediately. It was way too small for a faux fur coat.

The quality was appalling, the material super thin, there was no lining in the coat, which I've never seen on a finished garment. The XL was not remotely an extra large and it actually looked like a teen size.

It is so obviously nothing like the photograph on the website there is no way this isn't something the company is not aware of, especially as others have had the exact same experience and they continue to do this.

I wrote to the company, they apologised, but it's not genuine as they know exactly what they're doing.

They asked me for photographic proof, which I gave and are reviewing the case. I feel it will be dragged out.

I want to return it, but their policy states customers pay postage and it has to be tracked. However, for goods not as described it is against UK law to not provide a free postage label regardless of whether the company is based in the UK or not.

I'm waiting to see if they try to pull another fast one by breaching the contract again.

I feel that this process may be dragged out so the company can keep my money as long as possible. I've learned my lesson with these types of businesses.

I had to buy more coats elsewhere (SHEIN), but their returns policy is excellent. It's super easy and very quick. I don't have any affiliation to them or TEMU, but as much as people criticise these companies, compared to most other online retailers I've had to deal with regarding refunds, they're the least hassel to deal with and money is reimbursed super quickly. Sometimes they also let you keep items you want to return and still refund you.

I'm seriously so tired of having my time wasted by companies like this.

Do not order from this company under any circumstances.

Do not buy from Revene! The trousers I ordered took ages to arrive and when they did they were far too small and extremely poor quality. Nothing like the picture on the website. When I requested to return they gave lots of reason why I shouldn't and to take a partial refund instead. I was also expected to cover the cost of shipping back to China! Never shopping here again.

I ordered a pair of loafers from Revene - the items that turned up bore no resemblence to those on the website. Terrible stitching, wrong colour, really skimpy sole/heel unit. More importantly, despite being advertised as real suede, they were poor quality imitation. They arrive wrapped in a plastic bag after about three weeks. Basically drop-shipped and terrible quality. After complainng and asking for a return label they've given me an 80% refund. Don't bother.
