Reverse Lookup Scam
Very disappointed with Reverse Lookup. I paid £1 for what I believed was a one-off reverse lookup, but it didn’t provide any useful information. I made sure to decline the £29 monthly subscription because I only wanted the one search.
A week later, £29 was taken from my account anyway. I cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted customer support, but they refused to issue a refund even though I hadn’t used the subscription.
The whole experience feels misleading, and the refusal to refund despite cancelling straight away has left a very bad impression. I definitely won’t be using this service again and would advise others to read everything very carefully before making a purchase.

I did a reverse lookup the charged a subscription fee
I did a reverse lookup which seemed good buy at £1. Was happy with that and paid the £1. Then a week later £29.99 was taken from my account, without my consent I have contacted Paypal and have reported this as fraud.
I did not sign up for a subscription and if it was hidden (as they often are) taking hidden or poorly disclosed recurring fees constitutes unfair trading practices.

Money taken, no communication
I signed up for a trial with no authorisation to continue subscription. Payment has now been taken twice!! I have emailed the company 4 times to request a refund of almost £60 and received no response. I have contacted my bank to dispute, but would appreciate reverse lookup to reply and resolve.

Paid £1 or what ever to do a one time lookup which gave me no information at all then declined the £29 a month membership and today a week later £29 has been taken from my account I have informed the fraud police and my bank as I never agreed so you have stolen my money which is no different from a fraudster if money not returned in 24hrs I will get a court order to remove goods from your offices including court and bailiffs costs
