Took money for a 'subscription' without any notification.…
Having used it to check one number for which I paid £1, the company took £29.99 from my bank with no notification. It apparently is a subscription thing, but there was no mention of that when I used it initially. I have emailed them 3 times now asking for a refund and have not received a reply. Disgusting. I wish I had seen other similar reviews here to save myself being got by this scam.
After the above review was posted I have finally heard from them and they say they will refund the money within a week. We'll see!
