WTH is wrong with REVERSUS like 4 real al u do is stealing money from us. Don’t u have a better job to do. CAN WE GET OR PACKAGE!!! Do u think that this game is funny!! NO HELL NAH THIS IS BULLSHITT!!
We al was so happy to get the PACKAGE so where is it!!!!

Really want to put zero stars but that is not an option. I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing but I figured that the advertisements were valid as I kept getting ads on social media like Snapchat. It’s been almost a MONTH & I have emailed various times to only be responded with the same exact thing. They keep saying that the package is being prepared & will soon be shipped with a tracking & confirmation number but won’t even give a designated time frame as to when it could POSSIBLY be arriving. I even emailed to see if I could get a refund & they said that they can’t issue a refund until the package has arrived & is sent back to their headquarters. LIES. This business is scamming people left & right. Pleaseeeee read reviews before purchasing, I definitely learned the hard way. Especially when there are reviews where people have never received their package that they paid for.. Seems like the same is happening in my situation. Don’t waste your money!!!

Terrible!!! I was waiting for 4 weeks for my product to be dispatched... When it finally got dispatched I had to wait another month to find out that my order apparently did arrive, but I never received it. They told me to contact my local post office I did that to be told that the sender needs to get in touch with them and deal with it.(based on their file they couldn't locate the parcel 🤔) Wrote to Reversus numerous emails and asked them to support... Until now (2weeks) and no response from them. NEVER AGAIN! Wasted my money and time. Think twice before you order anything from this site.

No star. I ordered and paid in December and since now March they still answer that my order is preparing not even sent. I asked for a refund and got no answer

I ordered in December, emailed them twice regarding delivery and they got back to me straight away.. received my package last week and the products are amazing 👏

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. It’s too good to be true. Its definitely a scam. Ive ordered a set and never arrived. Haven’t received any confirmation SMS or email after placing the order.

Ordered 31st December & received nothing.... opened a PayPal dispute yesterday & they told PayPal that I have to co tact my post office with the tracking number as its held there.... yet the tracking clearly says its in China..... liars & scammers......

I ordered from the reversus on 22nd December 2020 and still haven't received the product. Can any one help me on how to claim the money back?

These people are dishonest scammers. Do not order anything, your items will not come. However, it is possible to receive a refund if you have already.

I have to leave a star but I’d rather give it none. I ordered in November and we are now in Feb and still nothing received. SCAMMERS!

THIS IS A SCAM! It has been a full month and they still haven’t send me the product! The second I asked for my money back they stopped replying to my emails, I’ve wasted £30 pounds and that’s a lot for a student to just waste.

A total scam. The product was probably lost in mail as every time I track it, it says its lost. I am a lawyer and I can help everyone that needs and wants to sue this company.

Please do not order from this company!! I placed an order for the kit & gel and was debited £32! I have only received one tube of gel and when I enquired, they stated that is all I ordered, no refund or customer service. I think it is a scam company *** do not ordered ** you are also not able to put a review on their site!!

I have ordered my items in OCtober last year and it is now 21st January and i have not recieved anything. When i have contacted them for a refund i have been told they wont refund as the order has been processed but if i wait till it comes i can send it back paying the postage. This item when tracked was shown to have been stopped in the same country. When i have said this to them there reply was for me to call china or japan and speak to them about why it is being held. I advise people never to order from this company they take your money and you get nothing in return.

This is a total scam. I had ordered the product in Dec 1st week and till now i haven't received the product. This is fake site.

Do NOT BUY !! Its a total rip off for 12.99. It took 3 months to come and when it did all I got was this tiny tube. NO KIT. NO INFORMATION OR INSTRUCTIONS. I thought it was a lipgloss.. it's okay though cos I'm going to get on to PayPal and demand my money back. I am also going to do reviews on trustpilot etc.. I'm fuming

I placed an order 27th November, today is 9th January & I’ve still not received my order. Reversus will only reply to my emails to say the order is in transit. But if I say I want a full refund they won’t reply at all. This is a scam!!
