Doesn’t work. Tried to transfer it to someone else via sale and the company is telling me I’m not able to sell due to something in their legal contract that I didn’t sign as I purchased it from a medical provider. I paid $2k for this stupid thing. It’s mine. Waste of $2k and a scam. I urge you to stay away
It worked for a while (hair loss didn't get much worse, but didn't regrow any hair either) But then it stopped working all together (battery couldn't hold a charge so it couldn't complete a 10 min treatment.
I contacted customer service and got this pathetic response:
"Your cap has reached the end of its life. But you qualify for our REVIAN Loyalty Program which entitles you to buy a new one for the discounted price of $595."
Ughh..... don't buy from this company. There are other competitors who stand by their products.
