I bought an iPhone 12 Pro from Revibe

My iPhone 12 Pro developed a Face ID fault shortly after purchase. The warranty process was frustrating at first — my second claim was unexpectedly cancelled mid-transit, and I had to open a third claim before things got moving. However, Shehab Eldin from the Customer Experience Team stepped in, followed up personally, and made sure the device was properly repaired and returned to me. Revibe also offered compensation for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. The road to resolution wasn’t smooth, but they did ultimately come through. Improved experience thanks to Shehab.

Worst Worst Worst

Worst Worst Worst , I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. This is the second time I’ve placed an order that was accepted and confirmed, only for it to be automatically canceled after two days.

This creates the impression that items are available when they are not, which wastes customers’ time and undermines trust. If there are stock or pricing issues, they should be communicated immediately—not after the order has been confirmed.

I would like a proper explanation for why this keeps happening, and what steps are being taken to prevent it in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

They're not 100% but I'll consider them in future

I ordered a Dell i5 latitude 5430 and they gave me the other E5440 though it was modified and renewed as they promised but the picture they sold on their website wasn't this that 3rd gen they gave me, the machine is powerful it is an i5 but it's not what they sold on the website of which made me panic what would give them a three star just for the problem machine everything is good works like new I'm happy
