I recently hired this service for a home inspection in Spain while being completely remote, and I couldn't be happier with the process. Being outside the country, I was worried about the logistics, but they handled absolutely everything. They coordinated directly with the sellers/agents to arrange the visit, meaning I didn't have to lift a finger.

The process was incredibly efficient, and the communication was top-notch throughout. A huge bonus was that they provided the final detailed report in English at no extra cost, which made everything so much easier for me to understand. If you are looking to buy a property in Spain from abroad, I highly recommend their services. They offer true peace of mind.

We had two inspections done by this company, and let me tell you there is zero quality control. The first inspector was really diligent, he arrived with a full case of inspection tools, completed tests on parts of the wall, paint, etc. The second inspector at a different house, came with only her purse and two handheld tools. We then reached out to explain our disapproval of the second inspector, asked for some money back as both inspections were very expensive. The company has been unresponsive since. We're extremely disappointed to say the least. We expected more.
