Best Western Niceville I caught scabies

We stayed at the Best Western in Niceville Florida a few years back and they allow people to bring their dogs and they put us in a hotel room where the heat and A/C went out and the carpet was not clean in spots. I ended up catching scabies and I had to go to to hospital in the area. We were moved to another room next door. But we had stayed there for 17 days and I forgot my house shoes and my feet were itching and from scratching it was on my legs , my arm and my face. I was miserable. Customer Service is great and breakfast is great but the rooms are not clean enough!!!

Napsgear is the GOAT again and again I cant say it…

Naps gear again and again I cant say it enough I'm a loyal customer and can honestly say for past 12 years and 25 orders. I would like to say that customer is def one of the most important things when dealing with costly large orders that require awareness. Well Naps has def got you covered. Oh yeah and quality is always top notch. I'm a true naps customer for life.

I Purchased a Kondor mobility scooter…

I Purchased a Kondor mobility scooter from Care.co.uk and I am absolutely delighted with it. It is a very well built vehicle and I am so glad I chose this one With the roof and surrounds enclosed it can drive out all weathers It also looks very classy. Fully recommend this scooter

A company not to be trusted at all cost with dishonest statements.

Worst service ever; only one honest person I have spoken to thus far. Great person who admitted the complaints manager did not attempt to phone me back despite her protestations
Octupus tried to blame shell energy in failing to read my meter. I used to pay circa £200- until without any reading octopus decided to increase by 300% based upon no readings. I stopped the DD and phoned them and asked them to re instate the original amount as I lived alone and probably used only half the original amount. In essence as far as I was concerned I was over paying. Sent them meter readings via app but they now claim never received these
Moreover they damned my reputation (always pay my bills ). In registering that I OWED THEM circa £14 ,000. I raised this as a complaint and they said they have a duty to print misleading information on my credit file, as to this end I probably overpaid Shell and octopus. I am supposed to avoid stress due to cancer and this company just don’t care. They said they have a duty to put information on my credit file: NO Such duty exist. However they have a duty not to mislead which they set out to do. They have a duty of care to me also. Failed to deal with my complaint months ago.

Although I shall sue them and requested its legal dept to contact me they failed to do so. In breach of the GDPR which is a criminal offence. A company with no integrity.

Damaged hardwood floors

On 03/13/2024 we hired Evergreen Hardwood Floors to repair some minor scratches and also get rid of a shine product and replace it wit a dull finish. We were told that the scratches and shine would be taken care of no problem I asked several times before they started work if the product they were applying on the the floor would take care of everything their answere was yes. They had to comeback 3 times as ever time they left the job they said they could do was still there and now the floors are unrepairable as the time it will take to remove the product they put on the floors out ways the cost to replace the floors. The product they put on the floors is now peeling and you can scratch it off with your fingernails and there is white in all the seams of the floors. They have told us they will not comeback to take care of the floors that are ruined. They are saying they state on their invoice in so many words they basically do not stand behind their work and that I signed the invoice. I never signed anything. Looking at there reviews before we hired them they were all great but looking back they were for installations not repairs. They should have told us they didn't do repairs. This company is irresponsible and you should be very careful before hiring them.We feel we have no recourse at this time but to take legal action.

Last night a very nice guy helped me to move a step closer to getting my first contact lenses from LD, and I am 72 years old!!I'm so very delighted with LD overall product, (I recently ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses), that I decided to rate my personal experience shopping with LD
below to share with others.

My glasses came back from LD and were the "very, very, very, extremely the very best" in the weight category. Also, my new glasses were close to
"Perfect" in the clearness (when clean of course) category! LD came in "excellent A++++" in the care in packaging, mailing/postal service category!
Keeping me informed and answering questions, customer service, and trust came in as a "best I ever experienced in
the business"..... I can't think of any thing that LD could improve on.... I'll be back for sure.
