If I could give this “company” a minus 10, I certainly would! They took our order/money immediately and sent the most friendly response with all the bells and whistles; then they promptly DISAPPEARED! When the product did not arrive, i tried to reach them by email and by phone several times — nothing. All of a sudden, there was no connection possible. STAY AWAY FROM REVIEWER PRESS! I’ve never received my item (ordered in January) and don’t plan to spend any more time or energy; just have to chalk it up to a bad decision/learning experience and a chance to warn others.

Purchased a £69.99 cordless jet wash off the Internet. Utter rubbish. Probably worth £20.
Rip off. As per usual.

Total rip off. Tracking is from China. Still haven’t received anything. Ordered in January and still nothing. This is a scam. Your order will never come.
Stay away from this company and Google should be held responsible for allowing scammers to advertise.

I purchased two pairs of these GNATRAP trainers some weeks ago, they have just arrived and I am disappointed.
They look good but offer very little support on the sole and upper level. The soles feel weak and flimsy and the uppers feel loose. I have added a couple of inner soles to try and make them a more comfortable fit. They are a loose fit.
They will be no good for a good walk but maybe ok for a short walk or maybe deck shoes whilst on holiday.
I would not recommend them, especially if you are looking for a solid walking or training shoe.

My father didn't realise he was ordering from overseas* nor paying ridiculous prices (to cover the 'free' postage, presumably) . I cancelled the order within the hours of him placing it. I received a reply stating the order would be cancelled and a refund sent. Since then, I've had four emails each talking me through the next stage of the order being prepared for dispatch. Utterly ridiculous!
*The suggestion is they are USA based and yet their emails are in Spanish.

Definitely a phishing scam searching for card details. AVOID at all costs.

Scam, it appears to be a credit card details harvesting operation.
I tried buying the “military grade sunglasses “ on entering my name address and payment details it instantly responded with a message “payment failed check card details and retry”.
The card details were all correct so I phoned the.bank who confirmed no payment request had been made and cancelled the card.AVOID

THIS SITE IS CLEARLY A SCAM. An "Ultrawasher" product that claims to have 2,337 reviews (with an average of 4.9/5.0 score) actually displays only 9 reviews with no actual way of leaving a review on the site. So where did these supposed 2,337 reviews come from? Amazingly, all 9 reviews were written very recently. The most recent, from "Will Roberts", has been saying it was written "33 minutes ago" for quite some time now. A very similar product is available on eBay for half the price. At the bottom of the page, there is a link (written in Spanish, because these people are shipping from Mexico, from what I can tell) to T&Cs on a web page with the URL R3viewblog, that gives a "page not found" error, although it then helpfully lists other products you might want to buy including the "Power knee elite" for 969.99 Mexican pesos. The link to the privacy policy ("politica de privacidad") is similarly broken. Ditto the contact us ("contacto") link. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Worst of all, they are snaring victims via adverts appearing in the news feed on the Apple News app, which makes people think they are legitimate.

The exact same product with the exact same fake reviews is also available from the website buyeronspot.com, which appears to be run by the same people.

Has anyone tried to return an item? The knee supports I bought do not give me the desired support I currently need. They arrived eventually without any accompanying paperwork so had no idea how to return them. I emailed customer support and they have come back saying that I have to send them my full bank details before they even consider a refund, but I don’t need to return the items. I have never had to do this and frankly very uncomfortable sending all my private bank details. I paid by Apple Pay so that should be enough to enable a refund. Is this a scam?
