This is solely based on their customer service. We have been a long time customer of Revinate, however, over a month ago we encountered several issues that impacted our services through Revinate. Customer service responds maybe every couple of weeks. There is no sense of urgency at all, and I've yet to receive any sort of solution or even know they are working on it. Extremely frustrating and will be looking for other services, because they do not seem to even care about mending the relationship or working on my issues.

My experience with Revinate has been deeply frustrating. We've been a customer for some time, and when we've needed support for critical issues, the system has completely failed us.

Trying to get a resolution feels impossible. We've found that basic communication channels simply don't work, leaving us unable to get updates or even correspond with their team effectively. Critical tickets are left to stagnate for months on end, and to add insult to injury, they are often closed without any resolution or explanation.

For any business that relies on timely support and effective communication, I cannot recommend Revinate. The service we pay for is not the service we receive. We are now actively looking for an alternative.

I suspect at this company is scamming people offering them a job, but they have to pay upfront. I would stay away.
