Shipping is fast and convenient. The product really works! I'm not sure I'm sold on the whole 'honey' delivery method. It makes it inconvenient for travel. But I can't argue with the results, so perhaps they're on to something. You'll notice a difference after the first time taking it, but it really takes a whole month before you REALLY notice it...
