The device often exhibits a fault…

The device often exhibits a fault whereby it either stops in the middle of a program and states you have to remove the leg pads in order to continue, however the leg pads are NOT connected. Restarting the device does not resolve the issue.
Also, it sometimes stops in the middle of a program to tell you to connect the legs pads in order to continue, however the program being used specifically does NOT require the legs pads in pads.
I raised the issue with ‘support’ on 23rd March but have had no response despite chasing a number of times, so cannot recommend the device or customer service.

Regarding the response below. After exactly one month, they finally bothered to respond. Their solution was to “say” they would send replacement cables. A) 6 days later these haven’t been received. B) given the reported fault was that the device stops saying the cables must be removed in order to continue when the cables are not even attached, it is hard to see how another set of disconnected cables will fix this fault. Appalling customer “service “

Zero customer support

Customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order and the money was taken immediately however 2 weeks on no sign of my order, I’ve tried contacting them without success and raised a ticket using their help section that was a week ago but absolutely no response. The customer service is awful so I can’t recommend Revitive for that reason.

Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! This’s Awesome ☺️


I'm blown away by the Revitive Medic Coach! I've had rheumatoid arthritis for ages, with chronic pain in both ankles (right one needing surgery soon). After just 2 sessions, my left ankle pain has eased significantly! The swelling's not gone, but I'm hopeful. Bought another for my wife who's got osteoarthritis. Would 100% recommend to anyone struggling with leg, knee or ankle pain.

Excellent Product

Quality premium product which the effects of the appliance is already being felt & improvement noted.
I purchased a refurbished model which arrived as new in perfect condition. One year warranty with the product & a big saving made off the price of a new one.

I can feel my feet again!

I thought after seeing my mother in laws revitive that it wouldn’t cut the mustard as I have peripheral neuropathy badly in both legs.
I’ve been on the programme for just over a week now and can already see the difference. Very impressed.
