Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service. Needed alloys repairing promptly to avoid charges when car goes back. Ethan and Scott came out on a Saturday morning and repaired all 4 wheels. Also managed to repair a couple of scratches on the paintwork as well.

Poor finish on paintwork.
The engineer came out to repair a paint chip on the drivers door of my BMW X1. Likely caused by being parked in a public car park. He was very polite & professional. The repair took no more than 2 hours to complete. Sadly I did not see the engineer before he left. Upon reviewing the work, I was impressed with how he had repaired the chip, but sadly the paint work and finish was less than to be desired. My drivers door has now lost its shine and gloss finish, and small scratches have appeared which were not there before the repair was carried out. Im hoping that by thoroughly polishing the area it will bring back its shine.
This was such a dissappointment, as when I used 'Revive' before for a more difficult repair, they were absolutely flawless from start to finish. Overall i hope that a little more time and consideration will be taken to ensure that the job is completed to its highest standard. I would recommend 'Revive' but with caution.

I found revive by accident
I found revive by accident, and am so glad I did - my lease car is due for return, two damaged alloys, and small scuff on bumper and wheel trim - initially emailed for a quote, and got a quick response asking for more details sent photos and got a reasonable quote back quickly. Zak turned up at the time promised, and did a fantastic job on my drive with no mess - would highly recommend revive and will use again next time (hopefully not) needed… thanks revive

Scott, who effected the repairs to my cars today, was just terrific. Nothing was too much trouble and the completed repairs look better than new. I was even presented with some polishing cloths and a big reel of masking tape at the end. Scott really did go 'above and beyond', so grateful thanks.
