Buyer Beware

I was charged $5,598 upfront for a package before receiving any services or making an appointment — something I didn’t realize at the time of signing. Lidia was very persistent in selling me the package, but when I later realized they had charged me and I asked about a refund, she stopped responding and refused to provide contact information for a superior. After much persistence I finally got my money back, but with no apology. Be sure to read the fine print carefully — the sales pressure and lack of accountability left me with a negative impression.
