To be fair, the product may be satisfactory for some purchasers, however my experience with my purchase (upper dentures) was a total disappointment. Of the several deficiencies I will list only the three most glaring: (1) The flange that covers most of the palate simply does not fit. (2) Despite having precise imprints of my teeth, the overall replacement does not fit properly. (3) Replacement must be removed before eating.

Got a partial from my dentist that was ill fitting, bulky and too uncomfortable in my mouth. I didn’t wear it because it hurt and I just rocked my missing side teeth always self conscious but I didn’t want to pay for or go through all the work of implants and my insurance wouldn’t cover another partial for a while. I seen these commercials for a while for partials and looked around and found this company. I ordered and it and it came like 3 days later. I did the process which was fast and easy even when I had to redo a mold they let me know asap because you send pictures of your molds before you send them in and the kit comes with extra mold material for redos. I did it correctly and sent it in. They received it on 01/30/2026 I got my partials on 2/16/2026. They are perfect as far as partials go. The fit is good, less bulky and less material than the one from the dentist. The size of the teeth are perfect you can’t even tell which side teeth were missing. If you’re looking around this is the company to pick. Trust me. I am not getting no bread from this review I just want to help people who are looking for a good alternative. I also was able to pay with my HSA card. This process and results really impressed me especially since they were better than the dentist. I wouldn’t eat anything other than yogurt or soft food of that consistency because it may hurt and that was uncomfortable but I’m totally fine with taking them out to eat and popping them right back in. My are for aesthetics and aesthetics only and they truly are aesthetically pleasing.

After reading several reviews about competitors of Revived Smiles, I concluded that this was the best company in the industry to do business.
I received my partial denture as promised by the company, it fit perfectly in my mouth. I am extremely happy, it was money well spent.
The customer service was very prompt and complied with all my requests.
I would highly recommend Revived Smiles.

In 1 word OUTSTANDING! I am overwhelmed with quality, feel, comfort. I cannot tell its in my mouth. It is completely seated and does not move or shift. Not to mention my confidence in smiling again without hesitation. My wife loves it. Instead of 5 stars I give Revived Smiles 100 Stars!

I lost my tooth last July and my dentist wanted too much money to fix. I found Revived Smiles on facebook and ordered a partial plate in December. I received the appliance yesterday and it fits perfectly, very comfortable and looks fantastic. The fit is snug and I am able to eat without slipping or discomfort. The color of the tooth and gums are so close of a match it’s impossible to tell I have a partial plate. Highly recommended!

I placed an order for a dental partial in October 2025 and received the product in December 2025. Upon initial receipt, I immediately experienced pain and confirmed that the teeth were not properly aligned. I notified the company right away and was advised—by the owner—that adjustments were required before any refund could be considered.
I followed their protocol in full and returned the product for adjustment as instructed. The adjusted partial was returned to me in January 2026, which is within the company’s advertised 60-day return period. Unfortunately, the adjusted product performed worse than the original. The partial now shifts and dislodges while speaking and eating, making it uncomfortable, impractical, and embarrassing to use.
Because the product remains defective and unfit for its intended purpose, I requested a refund under the stated 60-day guarantee. Despite my full compliance with their process and timelines—and despite prior written confirmation from the owner that adjustments were required before a refund—the company is now attempting to deny the refund.
This is a clear breakdown between advertised policy and actual execution. From a customer-experience standpoint, the return guarantee is not being honored even when the customer follows every required step in good faith.
This product represents a significant financial investment (approximately over$500). Based on my experience, potential buyers should carefully consider the risk—not just of product quality, but of whether the company will stand behind its own guarantees once payment has been made.

Wow! Super impressed with the customer service of this company! I have a rare medical condition that made it difficult for me to make adequate use of the product and not only did the company respond incredibly quickly, they gave me a full refund, no questions asked! I had a similar difficulty with a mouth guard I ordered online and that company was no where near as accommodating! Revived Smiles was so different! I was pleasantly refreshed with the prompt response and excellent customer care. Disappointed that my medical situation made the product unsuitable for my unique case, but if you are interested in trying the product for yourself, I would definitely recommend it! Again, customer service was GREAT!!

I am happy with not only the product, but with the Customer Service as well! As long as you follow the instructions/video. You will be absolutely amazed with your outcome!
Just an FYI... Although the 'clear' gums option seems ideal. It's NOT just for the gums. That was my mistake. I would recommend keeping them pink!

Fits perfect, price was definitely right, glad i can eat again!

Absolutely love my new partials and almost cried when I put them in. I was skeptical at first and was worried they would hurt or not look normal but wow! the color of the gums and the fit is great. Now they do feel awkward and tight when first put in but it goes away after about 10 minutes, and I think that is just the snug feeling over the bone of the jaw since there hasn't been any teeth there. I can laugh and smile and feel so good about myself. I could not pay $6000 for an upper partial and $2000 for a lower, and this was the best decision I have made in a long time!

I have my smile back and the ability to eat properly. I am very pleased with my partials. I did need to file a few spots for comfort. My father was a dentist so I had the knowledge and tools.

From the first contact to the final delivery, what a great handling of everything. They fit great and I am very happy.

Hi I sent the photos November 14, 2025 and it now November 17th, They say they will respond within 24 hours to send or retake impression but no phone call nor email returned. I sent $801. 00. If they are behind schedule, fine let the customer know. I may have to contact BBB or FTC. I will review again the outcome.

I was very skeptical at first. The molding was easy but I was still nervous about the outcome. I have had several partials and this one is the best so far. The teeth look natural and fit perfect. The price is an added bonus. I recommend Revive Smiles🙌

My only regret is that I took so long contemplating on purchasing the partial. The process was smooth and easy. It also was a fast process and customer service was excellent

I was hesitant to do this as I needed a two tooth partial but between the kits that was sent, the step-by-step instructions and customer service, I'm so happy I went through with the process and received my partial and love it. It takes some getting use too and I don't eat with it in right now but hopefully overtime, I'll feel comfortable eating with it. Thanks, Revived Smiles!

I was hesitant to order upper and lower partial dentures from Revived Smiles. Let me tell you that I now so grateful for them!!! Impression kit arrived quickly and was super easy. I sent them back to get my dentures back in 12 days!! Once I put them in my mouth, I was so impressed. They fit like gloves. I will tell everyone that Revived Smiles not only revived my smile but saved me &3,500 as well!!! Thank you again!! 😁😁

This is the greatest outfit. They were quick, had all the supplies and information for you, step by step. Customer service was also very quick to answer back when I called/emailed. When my partial came, I was delighted. It fit better than another one I had years ago. Except the price was 1/4 of what I paid previously. I can't say enough good things!! Revived Smile was so easy to work with. The impression kit was so easy and the help through emails was really fast and so helpful. I got my perfect partial back so fast! I was very impressed and very thankful for Revived smile! I will definitely be using them again!
