Subscription to be avoided

I recently lost my younger brother and in a state of sleepless grief Revivememories appeared on my feed. I paid for the single image being completely unaware that this was a subscription. I only realised whilst randomly checking my banking due to another payment being taken. I was able to cancel the contract relatively easily and have also ensured that the subscription link has been cancelled with PayPal which was my initial form of payment. Attempts to obtain refund have been ignored.

I believe the concept of the product to be good however the transparency and clarity of terms and conditions are shady at best. The algorithm presents this at a time of incredible vulnerability for many and Revivememories utilises that to their financial gain. No moral standing at all.

FRAUDSTERS

Used 7 day trial to try it out. Cancelled at end but they deny I cancelled and are still stealing from my account. I will get legal advice. They are fraudsters and will steal from you without ethics and terrible customer service. AVOID THEM.

Check T&C

The small print in their terms and conditions says they will charge you $39.90 per month even if you cancel as it must be within the 7 day trial.
Never noticed the monthly renewal.

Revivememories has given life to the…

Revivememories has given life to the photos I hold close to my heart. My daughter recently passed away. I sit with photos of her everyday, I'm afraid I'm going to forget. One evening I came across Revivememories website and everything changed. They brought the photos, memories, of my daughter to life!! it's like having my daughter here with me!! the quality is unbelievable!! Mary, from Revivememories, is absolutely wonderful. Your memories, full of happiness or grief, are safe with Revivememories. Photos really are worth a thousand words and for some of us there are no words to express the deep meaning of our photos. Revivememories "gets it" and handles your photos with care. It's ok to be hesitant. If it's grief that's holding you back be gentle with yourself, when you're ready they'll be there for you and you won't be disappointed. It's ok to not be ok. The care that you will receive is second to none. The first step is always the hardest but once you take it you'll be glad you did!!

I’m from Australia to start with

I’m from Australia to start with. I didn’t know or did they say it was build US dollars,
I didn’t sign up to anything. I just paid for the minimum amount of tokens and then without my authorisation they build me a week later for around $69. I can’t remember exactly. I would have to go back in there but it was a lot. This is a total scam. I sent them an email and they told me that they could not give me a refund. Of course I have cancelled it but I am very upset that I have lost that money.

Awful DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE $1 OFFER

Awful. Same as everyone else. Paid $1 then had email notifying me of a deduction of €39 from bank account. Shocking. Totally dupe people and you cannot see any comments under their social media. Absolute scam.

I like others use the free trial for a photo without realising that I had signed up for a $39.90 monthly subscription. A lovely lady called Mary helped me sort out a refund. I am delighted with the results of the photo and if this is a regular service that you are looking for then I would highly recommend it. Just take notes of the conditions when you sign up.

Trial photo good, but read the small print’

Like many others reviewing this company, I paid US€1 for one trial photo, but then didn’t read the T&Cs properly and found after a week that a further payment of US€39.30 had been taken for an ongoing subscription. I emailed the company immediately and explained and they cancelled it and refunded my account straight away, so that’s why I’ve given them 5⭐️. The trial photo was quite good too.

Shocking

This is clearly a scammer as others have written. It lures you into purchasing a one off photo which doesn't work well at all as the people looked really creepy. Then sign you up to a ridiculous price subscription without your knowledge and now I am trying to recover 39.90 dollars. Scammer company beware. DONT USE.

I tried their photo modification…

I tried their photo modification programme and paid the USD1.00 on PayPal for a sample modification of an image of mine. I decided that it was not the quality I wanted, so I never subscribed. One week later I was charged USD39.90 via PayPal for a month's subscription

Charged me for service

Charged me for service, $39, even though I did not subscribe, can't log in, can't get any info on why, and it seems to be a scam to charge you for one photo then auto-subscribe you for a service you cannot use. Do not trust this site at all.
